Lovely "real" hotel. Great staff and location

Great location & an easy walk to the old town. Mirabelle gardens was less than a minute walk away. Train station was about 10mins walk. Staff were helpful suggesting we get a Salzburg Card, which saved many euros. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on it.

Always trust Four Seasons, staff are helpful, very comfy room and most importantly, comfy bath.

The locaton’s good,close to old city. It’s easy to go everywhere by bus and you can buy the salzburg card at the reception. The room’s quiet and the staff’s very kind.

The drainage in the bathroom needs to be improved.

Great location , not far from train station and the old city . Brakfast is 12€ and worth it , I do recomand to take it . The stuff is very friendly and helpful .

The small double is very small.

Great location, especially when coming from the train station, and close to the Old Town. Staff were lovely and room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is expensive

Location is excellent, close to Mirabell Palace. There is a small market in front of the hotel, which is great for breakfast in case you don't opt of the hotel breakfast like we. Facilities are fine, as the hotel is a bit old.

Very very friendly and helpful. Spoke English, great little cafe attached to the hotel. Easy to find, parking off site and would stay again.

The location was perfect. Close to the Old town and the train station, both about 10 min walk. The staff was friendly and helpful with advice what to see and with directions, the breakfast was also great. The room was clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect: stuff, facilities. Rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel has classical design, which suites Salzburg very much! Nice bathroom and mini-bar, fast Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfasts (quite expensive, but still very nourishing and rich) and nice dinners! Perfect place to stay in Salzburg.
