Friendly hotel staff. The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Salzburg is within easy and comfortable walking distance of the New and Old Town centres and sights. Room temperature was occasionally cold of an evening and the on-suite combined bath/shower facility was physically small and awkward. |

Excellent breakfasts and comfortable location. The curtaining in the bedroom need a face lift--came off the rails on the first night after our arrival and was not fixed the next day.Only after it was reported to the reception desk late in the afternoon after our return from an excursion,was it fixed in a very poor manner.It is most properly lying on the floor again. |

The friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel tied in with the ambience of Saltzburg. The information book was getting updated while we were there therefore we had a little confusion as to times of the restraunt opening also lack of facilities for a drink. |

There was a kind staff and somehow there was a comfortable atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is situated where four or five roads cross and my room was just on the upper front so I couldn't sleep well because of traffic noise. |

The location is OK. 20 min. walking distance to the festival performances. The room was extremely small, directed S and at 85 F outside we had 90 F inside the room, no AC, no fan. Also no safe for valuables. |
