A Localização do Hotel é boa, e os empregados muito simpáticos. Os quartos são muito antigos e sem ar condicionado. Necessita remodelação dos quartos, Wc e zonas comuns. |

Localização privilegiada perto da estação de trem e do centro da cidade. Durante nossa estada praticamente não precisamos utilizar transporte publico, O café da manhã caseiro e muito variado também foi um dos destaques. talvez a possibilidade de internet sem fio nos apartamentos. |

O café da manhã de excelente qualidade e com variedade incrível de pães , frios e queijos.Além disso muito bem arrumado nos detalhes de tipo de louça e outros .Estes cuidados acabam compensando qualquer outra deficiência nas instalações antigas dos quartos , falta de espaço, elevador antigo....Sei por outro lado que trata-se de prédio historico e tipico da arquitetura local. |

The hotel staff were kind. The wifi access was in free of charge by our own PC but it has to be connected at the grand floor. There was a commun PC as well but it was not possible to display by the Japanese character. The building and furnitures were old. |

Very good location 10 min walking distance from the old town and at the same time on a quiet nice street. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Good value There was no air conditioning and our room was on the very top floor under the roof. It was hot in July, could not sleep at night. It was not possible to take a shower standing up because of the low ceiling followed the roof in the bathroom. The elevator had no internal door; kind of old fashioned and seemed unsafe. |

The hotel staff were very attentive. We arrived early and they made sure we had a room within 10 minutes. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. |

The restaurant was quite nice. Continental breakfast was nice with a good selection.The location is quiet but within walking distance of the busy tourist areas. The rooms were clean, but the facility is a bit tired and outdated. The bathrooms need to be upgraded |

Attentive staff. Central location Very small rooms which were too hot. No tea/coffee making facility. Generally a bit run down and in need of refurbishment. Need to be careful with car park which does not open until 7:30am. |

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was great. The room was large and clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. I would definitely stay there again |

The breakfast buffet was excellent, large range of choices and well stocked. The bathroom could do with updating (Room 307), the window could do with replacing with an window which can open or the ventilation needs improving, the shower had a very high side to it and being small was difficult to get into, however the bathroom was kept spotlessly clean. |

THe hotel was clean, very comfortable and the staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was well attanded and it was onlya 15 minute walk to the centre of town. |

Room was modest and very clean. We called the front desk for a bowl of ice at 1000 pm which was promptly delivered. Breakfast was very good. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, I could not fault them, they made up for the fact that the hotel is very very dated and ineed of a major overhaul. The hotel needs decorating and a major overhaul, I had to kneel to have a shower and the bath was designed for Mini Me, 3ft long, I couldn't believe it. |
