The friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel tied in with the ambience of Saltzburg. The information book was getting updated while we were there therefore we had a little confusion as to times of the restraunt opening also lack of facilities for a drink. |

There was a kind staff and somehow there was a comfortable atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is situated where four or five roads cross and my room was just on the upper front so I couldn't sleep well because of traffic noise. |

The location is OK. 20 min. walking distance to the festival performances. The room was extremely small, directed S and at 85 F outside we had 90 F inside the room, no AC, no fan. Also no safe for valuables. |

The hotel was within walking distance to the most facilities in Salzburg. This was the main reason of our stay there and ofcourse the price, it was clean, staff were terrific. |

Friendly/Accomodating Staff. Great Location for all of Old Salzburg attractions, and train station. Nothing fancy, but nice, quaint atmosphere. Great breakfast. I highly recommend |

All of the staff was most helpful. They let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Nice corner room with lots of cross ventilation. An old hotel but was clean and comfortable and a wonderful Austrian experience. Wonderful breakfast included. Looked a little run down from the outside but once inside all our doubts were erased! |

Comfortable Hotel with a great staff in a good location--a short walk through the Mirabell Gardens to the old city. It was easy to drive to the Hotel, and the parking arrangements at the nearby car park were also easy and very accessible. Having free internet in the lobby was an added bonus. |
