All the hotel staff are so nice, frindely, kind and attentive. The rooms are very charming, very well decorated. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet location and beautiful view. One of the best hotels we have ever been in Europe. The wireless Internet is not available in all the rooms. A small detail considering the high quality of all the others services and the nice staff. |

Everything, out of 6 locations I visited, this one had the most helpful (English speaking), friendly, and professional staff. Breakfast was wonderful and very inviting. Also has a wonderful view of the old town and a convenient bus connection. Due to some road work, it was a bit hard to find the hotel, but once there, I was glad I picked this hotel. |

This hotel is out from the city center in an upscale residential neighborhood, but has a wonderful view of the old town and a convenient bus connection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was elegant. We had a suite - room 9 - on the top floor. It was well worth the extra cost both for the space and for the balcony/view. The hotel advertised free WiFi but it wasn't working. The staff did, however, let us use one of their business computers daily to check e-mail. |

Intimes kleines Hotel mit ungewöhnlichem Flair und herzlicher Gastlichkeit. Atemberaubend schöner Blick auf Salzburg; individuelle, geschmackvoll gestaltete Zimmer, liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Absolute Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus. A home away from home - einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Ohne Navigationsgerät sehr schwer zu finden! |

Ich habe nur eine Nacht verbracht, diese war jedoch sehr angenehm. Tolles Personal, tolles Frühstück, toller Ausblick - supersauber. Gerne wieder! Das Bad ist für meinen Geschmack zu schwülstig, nur wenige TV-Sender auf kleinem Gerät. |

E' molto carino e ben curato, silenzioso e confortevole. Pur essendo vicino alla città, è immerso nel verde e dà l'impressione di essere in montagna. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto accoglienti. Il personale estremamente gentile. |

la bellezza del posto, il panorama, l'arredamento delle stanze ( probabilmente il miglior 4 stelle di tutta l'austria ), il biffet della colazione ricco ma soprattutto curato meravigliosamente. Un hotel da 10 e lode. |
