At der blev serveret sekt på morgen-buffet'en. og at der blev spillet dæmpet Strauss-musik til morgenmaden. Nogle af de ulemper, vi har set under andres vurderinger, oplevede vi slet ikke. Værelset var dejlig stort og roligt, og hotllets beliggenhed fint. Meget tæt på U-bahn-station og på Musikverein, der var et af vores mål. |

This is a very nice, cosy hotel, ideally located, very close to the city center. Considering the spot and the services offered, it's probably the best value-for-money one might get in this city. |

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfasts were superb. location is central for walking and close to the underground if you don't want to walk. Noise from the traffic even on the 6th floor as I had to have the windows open at night as no AC. C |

hotel is close to the metro, and within easy walking distance to the city.The breakfast was 5 star. I had a quiet room on the top floor. The bed was comfortable. the pillows are too soft. The curtains are not brilliant, so if you are a light sleeper you wake up at first light!!!!!! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Close to the city center, next to U-bahn station, descent breakfast and very helpful staff The furniture (esp. the floor) was a bit old. Our room (although big enough) had no view. |

Great location, great classical features, our room was exactly like the one depicted on the website. This is not a 4 star hotel, one would expect a wider range of toiletries, a bath robe, slippers, a daily change of sheets and towels. The high price of parking in Vienna is also a great minus - 18 Euro/day |

Located next to some key buildings, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel itself has plenty of character, however, it is slightly dated. |

Very friendly atmosphere, especially front desk personals are very polite, friendly, proffesional and helpfull. Very good breakfast served in beautifull "viennese atmosphere" corresponding to the hotel name. Walking distance to downtown of Vienna and also just a few steps from metro. |

Staff very welcoming, large room, clean. two single beds together, the beds did tend to move. Room very hot air conditioning did not make a lot of difference may have been us. |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and began at 6:30 which I like. It was very convenient to public transit and walkable to many locations. When we in Vienna it was very warm and the room was a little stuffy. |

We enjoyed the rich breakfast. The hotel is really close to the center. 15 min walk to the Opera. 10 min walk to the Belvedere. Free wifi in the lobby. One night was 75 euro per double room, one week before eastern 2009. The parking inside the hotel garage cost 18 euro per day. |
