Personeel altijd zeer vriendelijk en efficient. Ontvangs open 24 uur per dag. Hotel 50 meter van Ubaan/ metro. |

Ik was er niet tevreden over dat ik de avond vantevoren heb opgebeld naar het hotel om te vragen of ik op mijn kamer draadloos internet zou kunnen ontvangen, dat er werd gezegd dat dat zo was, maar dat uiteindelijk niet zo bleek te zijn. Ik kreeg toen wel Verder vond ik het sanitair erg verouderd/niet fris. Het ergste was echter dat ik onder de muggebulten zit, terwijl ik de ramen niet geopend heb |

This is a very nice, cosy hotel, ideally located, very close to the city center. Considering the spot and the services offered, it's probably the best value-for-money one might get in this city. |

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfasts were superb. location is central for walking and close to the underground if you don't want to walk. Noise from the traffic even on the 6th floor as I had to have the windows open at night as no AC. C |

hotel is close to the metro, and within easy walking distance to the city.The breakfast was 5 star. I had a quiet room on the top floor. The bed was comfortable. the pillows are too soft. The curtains are not brilliant, so if you are a light sleeper you wake up at first light!!!!!! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Close to the city center, next to U-bahn station, descent breakfast and very helpful staff The furniture (esp. the floor) was a bit old. Our room (although big enough) had no view. |

Great location, great classical features, our room was exactly like the one depicted on the website. This is not a 4 star hotel, one would expect a wider range of toiletries, a bath robe, slippers, a daily change of sheets and towels. The high price of parking in Vienna is also a great minus - 18 Euro/day |
