Just 2 minutes walking from the centre. Rooms are a little too old and the bathroom is not very confortable. Parking not included in teh room cost is 12 euro more. |

I had a quite big room, with a balcony. People were very nice and helpfull. Rooms are not the same for an egal price. |

The hotel is situated near the University and less than a 5 minute walk from the center of old town Innsbruck. Although we only had a standard room, it was relatively large by European standards with a separate sitting area and two balconies. The breakfast menu was good. A parking garage is located nearby with easy access from the hotel. The Hotel Grauer Bar is a comfortable place to stay. |

I liked the size of the room for three. The breakfest was really good with lots of selection to choose from. The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. My room was not clean, the garbage not emptied, urine on the toilet seat and shower had stuff all down the wall. |

Quiet and good location for touristic events and restaurants. The Pool on top roof. Off-load area front hotel small and car park was full. (Public City Carpark 100m round the corner).No atmosphere in Bar and Restaurant. |

The Hotel is located just by the Old City, which makes it verry convenient for people who whant to see the city.Public transportation and Public facilities are verry accessible.It is verry siutable for visitinh Innsbruck or the Skying places around it. Convenient for family with children. For the price you would ecpect free parking. The rooms are clean and tidy,but i have expected more elegance in comparison whith the Lobby and the Location in the city. |

The bartender was the nicest out of all the staff. The front desk and the attitude about any question i would ask. |

The room was clean, nice, the windows very large. The view to the mountains was great. Considering the hotel capacity, the parking place was practically inexistent (only 20 cars). We park our car in a public parking place. |

Originally my stay was included dinner that I can select in the three main dishes.But actually it was buffet meal. A waiter acted impolitely ,but the other staffs were excellent! |

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich Es ist für mich sehr befremdlich wenn ich im Frühstücksraum von keinem Mitarbeiter gegrüsst werde (Betonung liegt auf keinem), die Fließen hinter der Badewanne waren nicht nur kalkig, sondern wirklich grauslich, der Fernsher hat auch nicht funktioniert |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, wenn man das unaufmerksame Frühstücksteam ausser acht lässt, ist vorzüglich. Preis-Leistung ist top. Im Bad überall Haare der letzten Gäste. Eigentlich nicht zu übersehen, wenn man normalen Zimmerservice macht. |

Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist wird man hervoragend von der Parkgarage über die Rezeption bis aufs Zimmer per Fahrstuhl gelotst. Ein- und Auschecken geht jeweils superschnell. Sehr schön ist die Aussicht über die Dächer im Wellnessbereich. Der Pool ist etwas klein. |

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön und das Massage-Angebot beeindruckend. Ausserdem ist die Lage des Hotels erstklassig. |

ich finde die lage ist ausgezeichnet und der pool mit der aussicht ist wirklich gelungen! an der reception bekam man leider nur restaurant-vorschläge für gehobenere lokale und restaurants!!! bodenständige möglichkeiten für - offensichtlich - junge leute kamen erst gar nicht. erst durch nachfrage bzw. nachdem man das restaurant sah und nochmal im hotel nachfragen musste!!! meiner meinung nach ein großes manko. die angestellten sollten sehr wohl darauf achten mit wem sie reden! |

Morgenessen war sehr ausgewogen und gut. Zimmer sehr schöne Lage.Pool sehr schön und sauber. Trotz Hinweis an der Rezeption war das Bad am zweiten Tag immer noch kalt. |

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern ist leider furchtbar. Sparlampen und Neonröhren. |

Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Schöne Lage, zentral und auch am Hofgarten gelegen. Schöne Zimmer und auch sehr schöne Konferenzräume. Parken ist zu teuer. Ist aber wohl in Innsbruck generell so. |

βλεποντασ το ξενοδοχειο απ' εξω νομιζεισ οτι απετυχεσ στην επιλογη σου, μπαινοντασ μεσα, μπαινεισ σ' ενα αλλο κοσμο. ιδιαιτερα καλο με καλο design, με πολλα δωματια με θεα στο βουνο, ευρυχωρα & καθαρα. παρτε το μαγιο σασ μαζι, εχει πισινα στον 5ο οροφο με θεα τα βουνα. ακομα εχει καφετερια μεσα οπου επιτρεπεται το καπνισμα. ειναι 3 λεπτα περπατημα απο την παλια πολη, η τιμη ειναι ιδιαιτερα ελκυστικη, και με αριστα το 10 θα του εβαζα 9+ ιντερνετ επι πληρωμη οπωσ και το parking, το οποιο ειναι ιδιαιτερα μικρο & αν δεν βρεισ θεση πασ στο δημοσιο parking. |
