We booked the night before the last double room available, once there they up graded us to a suite. Great spacious room. The location is perfect for visiting the town. Breakfast was ok. Too bad you cannot reserve the parking, luckily we arrived early afternoon and got the last free spot.

The unconventional elevated swimming pool which gives a splendid panoramic view of the Alps. Dining in the fabulous Wood Fire restaurant & the warm ambiance of the contemporary bar.

Excellent rooms with nice mountain view from most. We requested to move us from a double to a triple room and though the reception was not too happy about it, we could get one! The triple room was luxurious, speak and span and we really enjoyed our stay. Internet connection was excellent and the breakfast spread was amazing! Hotel has a parking from where you can directly go to the rooms. Nothing!

The Hotel was in a good central location, and the rooms spacious , and clean .The breakfast was excellent ! We did book a triple room for three adults , and had to request to change rooms after one night as my friends sofa bed was too narrow , and uncomfortable , fair play to the hotel , they did give us what we expected when we booked after complaining, but we had the hassle of moving rooms, and on a two night break this was not ideal

1. Very good internet. 2. Great Location for town. 3. Friendly helpful staff. 4. Easy parking, but expensive, now €14 not €12 as advertised. 5. Comfortable bed, good quality linen and good pillow. 1. Swimming Pool closed at 3pm on a Saturday! 2. Peanuts on floor from previous guest. 3. Noise of lift and noise through floor from room above.

The attentiveness of the staff was excellent. The hot tub on the roof was also a lot of fun There was a little bit of late night shouting from the student area behind the hotel.

Excelent location, close to old town, restaurants, shops, etc. Front desk staff very helpfull. Rooms clean and spacious, including the quadruple one. Indoor swimming pool and outdoor jaccuzzi on the 5th floor with amazing views. Very good breakfast. No decent toileteries in the bathrooms. Frigobar empty, not even with water. Lobby becomes a chaos when organized groups are checking in, since there are only two persons doing all the job.

The staff was great and very helpful. The location is perfect -- right by the entrance to the adorable old town and just a block away from the ski bus. The food selection was pretty good both for breakfast and the dinner buffet. The pool and spa area was great. The carpet was pretty stained throughout the hallways, which made it look dirty. The rooms are good sized, but a bit tired. Great place to stay and I would stay again, but I would call it a 3-star.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a suite with my wife and 2 y/o son. There are french doors to close off the main bedroom which I love in addition to another door to close off the main sitting/dinning area. The location is terrific, just on the border of the Altes Stadt. The bathroom was the best I had ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was as good as it gets in Europe with an lovely dining area. If you like Indian/Nepalese food, the restaurant next door is a must!!!!! Get there as soon as they open though as they filled up within 15 min and closed the door to additional business.

Well located hotel to railway station and tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast including hot food. Good value for this standard of accommodation. Rooms too hot - had to open window every night as hot and needed fresh air.

Good location within the old town. Can walk to most attractions. Good selection for buffet breakfast. Check in is quite late at 3pm. We got there at 2.30pm so waited till 3pm but the room was still not ready. Even at 3.30pm, it still wasn't ready. Staff wasn't very friendly or apologetic. Also by the time we checked in, there were no more bathrobes left for the pool. We asked the next morning but they still didn't have any. Location great but Service is not the best.

- really good position: 2 min walking distance from the downtown - nice room private terrace - nice spa/wellness area (although we haven't gone into) - rooms nicely refurbished but the carpet floor was old and dirty - inadequate room equipment - definitely not a 4 star hotel

The location was perfect. The surrounding restaurants were the best in town. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and provided a great selection of quality food. The staff were friendly, experienced, professional and very hospitable. I really enjoyed our stay. There was weekly parking available next door for a fraction of the cost. A long term option would have been good.

the hot tub on the roof was amazing. the spa area also above average lack of taste in the decoration of the rooms. no attention to detail in bathroom products (for example). all gave the impression to be cheap and kept to the very minumum. breakfast was just ok (no 4 stars level) and the coffee terrible.

Great location - a moderate walk from the main train station, and a short walk to the theater and old town. Although the rating was 4-star, I would classify the hotel as a 3+ star. Also, the rooms are equipped with a power saving feature that cuts off the power when the room is not occupied - which is bad if you need to charge electronics while you are out. Finally, there is a club behind the hotel that can be noisy on weekends.
