I had a quite big room, with a balcony. People were very nice and helpfull. Rooms are not the same for an egal price. |

The hotel is situated near the University and less than a 5 minute walk from the center of old town Innsbruck. Although we only had a standard room, it was relatively large by European standards with a separate sitting area and two balconies. The breakfast menu was good. A parking garage is located nearby with easy access from the hotel. The Hotel Grauer Bar is a comfortable place to stay. |

I liked the size of the room for three. The breakfest was really good with lots of selection to choose from. The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. My room was not clean, the garbage not emptied, urine on the toilet seat and shower had stuff all down the wall. |

Quiet and good location for touristic events and restaurants. The Pool on top roof. Off-load area front hotel small and car park was full. (Public City Carpark 100m round the corner).No atmosphere in Bar and Restaurant. |

The Hotel is located just by the Old City, which makes it verry convenient for people who whant to see the city.Public transportation and Public facilities are verry accessible.It is verry siutable for visitinh Innsbruck or the Skying places around it. Convenient for family with children. For the price you would ecpect free parking. The rooms are clean and tidy,but i have expected more elegance in comparison whith the Lobby and the Location in the city. |

The bartender was the nicest out of all the staff. The front desk and the attitude about any question i would ask. |

The room was clean, nice, the windows very large. The view to the mountains was great. Considering the hotel capacity, the parking place was practically inexistent (only 20 cars). We park our car in a public parking place. |

Originally my stay was included dinner that I can select in the three main dishes.But actually it was buffet meal. A waiter acted impolitely ,but the other staffs were excellent! |

Everything was special, it's probably better than what it looks like, really beautiful rooms looked like a suite, excellent location, we had dinner there and it was beautiful, excellent breakfast, would go back again. |

Frühstücksbüffet war gut und ausreichend, zentrale Lage angenehm. Lärm rund um das Hotel rund um die Uhr. Klimaanlage unerträglich laut.Betten durchgelegen. Dusche ungenügend abgedeckt, Badezimmer nach Duschen unter Wasser. Als Wellnesshotel nicht geeignet. |

La prossimit´al centro storico dela cittá Chiusura del ristorante per un' evento privato, internet gratuito non disponibile nonostante nella scheda descrittiva fosse previsto e gratuito anche in camera, ho scelto questo albergo per poter lavorare durante la sera del mio soggiorno ma la mancanza del collegamento internet ha vanificato la mia necessita' |

flottes service, massage gebucht-in eine stunde ist die dame gekommen, kein problem!und das poo,l am dach....essen war auch sehr gut. keine hausschuhe für pool. |

die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer neuwertig, sehr bequeme Betten, der Wellnessbereich sehr schön mit Blick auf die Berge und zw. 19 h und 21 h nahezu leer, das Frühstück reichhaltig, wie gewünscht habe ich ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer bekommen, der Check Out war schnell und unkompliziert! |
