Nothing at all
I did not like how expensive it was , and also the location of the place and the hospitality was rubbish
Bus stop at front entrance, an easier way to get around Salzberg than driving.
Very friendly staff. Located a couple of miles outside the centre but ideally reached by regular bus which stops outside
We could park the car all day , and get the bus next to the hotel, and be in town in 15 minutes. The hotel staff were helpful. It's an ibis, and is what it is,but a good base convenient for the motorway.
very helpful stuff, clean and worth of money.
even if close to train station, but you have to take a bus 20 and 21 to the hotel.
This is not a luxury hotel - but for a cut-rate, economical hotel, it is very good
Everything was good
Not clean, hallway and rooms had a bad odor. We changed hotels after one night and only stayed one night because we arrived too late to find another that day.
price is worthy clean
quilt is relatively not so comfortable
Easy access to city on the 21 bus and The Sound of Music Tour will pick you up from the hotel itself. The staff were very informative
No kettle in room for tea/coffee
The room and the silence.
The smell în the lobby
everything about hotel was perfect...
you have to use Bus to get into City Center
one bus and your in the city center. clean, quiet rooms.
the price, breakfast not included
Everything but the location. especially impressed by the staff. Good wifi
Expensive breakfast and location is a little inconvenient if you're relying on public transport. Heard that the location is excellent for those planning to drive though
We checked in before 12 noon, this was the first hotel during this journey. the transportation is good, we can take Bus 23 from the main railway station, and beside the bus stop landstreet is the supermarket, we can buy something to eat and drink and walk only 5~8 minutes back to hotel
The staff were exceptionally helpful in giving advice and making sure we enjoyed our stay in Salzburg. It is a distance away from the old town, but the price justified that and bus stop is right outside the hotel door (and bus was free with Salzburg card - which we also recommend.
staff were mostly friendly mountain views salzburg
people had been smoking in room and it reeked of stale smoke location wasn`t great but bus at door breakfast dear for cold cuts & cereal
Regular bus service which took you into the city.
Small cramped room.hotel located on the outskirts of Salzberg above McDonalds. Poor breakfast
Good access with public transport (bus) and free parking.
Staff was unfriendly when I called for confirmation of extra bed.
Personal was very helpful Breakfast seem a little expensive, but were worth all money :) Room big and very clean. We were asking not to clean while we are staying (2 days) therefore we got clean towels packed and with nice letter on our door mat, which was very sweet.
Very small rooms, no electricity for hours, spending night in candle light.
Helpful staff at check-in. They soon gave us a bus timetable to reach the centre, so we could leave the car at the hotel. Bus stops in each direction was right outside the hotel. They also directed us to a local restaurant.
Pity really that it was not possible to eat nearer to the hotel or even at the hotel after we had been travelling.
The staff way of dealing with customer's request
Helpful staff to give us directions so we could get back to Salzburg to see the sights. Bus stop right outside the hotel which took us to Salzburg
Hotel is in a suburb of Salzburg. We were told to take the train to get to our IBIS hotel but the train dropped us off at the train station out in the country with no one around and we didn't know where the hotel was. We walked and walked with all our bags, finally found a bus that could take us there.
Normal hotel, bus route and timetable provided under request.
The location is rural. Cost quite much to go to the city centre. No restaurants nearby, only a McDonalds. Expensive breakfast. No wifi in the room.
