The hotel is perfectly situated, near a metro, tram and train station (westbahnhof). You can either go to the city centre or the Schönbrunn palace in a few minutes. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Good price for Vienna. Buffet breakfast is very good, but not included in the room price. Rooms and bathrooms are small, although clean and comfortable. Pillows were too soft. |

Hotel services/facilities is complete good enough for three stars hotel..especially for luggage storage, the hotel staff is very helpful and it's completely safe and trustable.. We love this hotel very much..even though the room and the bathroom is not that big..but it's enough for us.. |

This hotel is not too far from downtown; you can walk to several different places, it's right across from an awesome-looking church, and you can catch the Tram right outside the front doors. The breakfast was amazing! The triple room was way too small for the price we paid!! I thought that paying 130 Euro was a decent price for three people in a "triple" room, but the only thing "triple" about it was three twin-sized beds, and that's pretty much it (of course, we had a bathroom as well)! We didn't plan on spending too much time at the hotel anyway, but it would have been nice if the room were larger...our suitcases barely fit in the room. Also, most hotels offer free breakfast and parking for hotel guests...not here. In fact, you have to get a pass to park in the garage before you park...where are you supposed to leave the car while you get the pass? Oh, it's 10 Euro per person and about 10 Euro for parking. And there's no refrigerators in the room |

Breakfast was good, esp the coffee. Room is comfortable, well equipped. The staff member who checked us in was terrible, however. She blamed us for having made the booking via booking.com a few times, making it difficult for her to find the latest booking. Well, it is her job to do this. |

I was able to check in early, which was great - I had a long and tiring flight. The staff were unobtrusive, and I was able to relax in the hotel. |

The location, the hotel facilities, helpful and friendly staff who guided us on places to visit, etc. Biggest advantage was it is so close to the main train station and underground. It would have been good if there was a mini-refrigirator in the hotel, but none of the Ibis hotels seem to have it |

The hotel is located within reach of the main landmarks in Vienna - just take the U3 or U6 subway lines located very near (3 min walk) the hotel - West Bahnhof Station. The staff was very helpful in all respects (they speak very good English, cannot say about other languages). Parking at acceptable price comparing to other locations - 11.5 EUR/day. Note that the neighborhood the hotel is located is under a short-time parking regime and the hotel's parking spot is probably the best choice. Overall - the IBIS standard. Price of the breakfast (10 EUR/person - not included in the price of the room) is too high. |

The exclusive Renaissance Wien Hotel offers style and charm in an excellent location within walking distance of Schönbrunn Palace. |
Located in an impressive turn-of-the-century building in the style of historicism, the 4-star Hotel Kummer combines the generous scale of traditional buildings with modern amenities. |
This 3-star hotel, situated only a short walk from the historic Augarten – a beautiful park in downtown Vienna, offers easy access to public transportation and all sights. |
This small, traditional hotel enjoys an excellent and central yet quiet location very close to Vienna’s Western Train Station (Westbahnhof). |
