We selected this hotel for its proximity to the railway station so we could do day trips to the Achensee and Mayrhofen. The hotel fulfilled all our expectations and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We were very happy with the choice. |

Location was great (an elevator in the train station takes you directly to the hotel) and the room was clean and comfortable. There's a long table in the room, very convenient to use laptop or do work on. Wifi was expensive. |

We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms as well as the friendliness of the staff. We also liked the location as it is directly above the train station and within walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, and the best restaurants in town! |

The hotel is exactly what you can expect from an Ibis: simple and clean. Nothing was excellent but nothing was bad. Reasonable walking distance to the city center (10-15 minutes). Next to the train station. The breakfast was quite poor for the price. |

The location was good. Standard services and facilities. Clean rooms. The reception helped me very quick to connect to the internet. The hotel use the details of my credit card - that I gave only to guarantee the reservation - and block an amount two times bigger than the reservation, for more than 2 weeks, despite the fact that I paid at check out. Very unpleasant. |

The hotel was great for our family - the rooms are inexpensive enough that we could book 2 for our family of 4 ( they can't accomodate more than 2 in a room). for train travelers it was ideal - directly next to the train station - yet only a 5 minute walk to the 'old city" - I would definitely use the Ibus chain again in other locations as well. |

It's a lovely small hotel,new furnitures and active staff.Breakfast is OK for the price 10 EURO. Should have minibar , coffee and tea maker as accor standard hotel . |

il personale era veramente gentile e disponibile, parlano diverse lingue alla reception che è aperta 24h. c'è un comodo parcheggio per i clienti al piano interrato che costa €11 euro al giorno. L'albergo è una recente costruzione quindi tutto l'arredamento è nuovo e moderno. l'albergo è situato proprio alla stazione degli autobus e dei tram quindi è comodissimo per visitare tutta la città e le vicinanze, il centro dista una decina di minuti a piedi anche meno. l'unico aspetto negativo dell'hotel è stato la lunghezza delle coperte. dovrebbero utilizzare coperte non dico grandi ma che almeno riescano a coprire tutto il corpo quando si dorme! |
