Hotel Ibis Innsbruck

駅からすぐなので、便利でした。中心地にも歩いていけるので立地はとても良いと思います。朝食もおいしかっ- たです。

フェイスタオルがあればいいなと思いました。

スタッフの対応がよい。

シャワーが壊れていた。

エアコン付の部屋がよかった。また中央駅構内、並びにホテルの前に パン屋やスーパーがあり、非常に便利でした。

駐車場の入り口が些か分かりにくかった。

駅に直結しているので電車の旅行には便利。朝食もすばらしい。

駅前なので夜も朝も騒音が耐えない。

駅前で分かりやすく、最新の設備を揃えた良いホテルです。窓からの採光も多く、快適に気持ちよく過ごせまし- た。

Location was great (an elevator in the train station takes you directly to the hotel) and the room was clean and comfortable. There's a long table in the room, very convenient to use laptop or do work on.

Wifi was expensive.

Good location (over street main railway station), near many tourist attraction and shops.

The hotel is exactly what you can expect from an Ibis: simple and clean. Nothing was excellent but nothing was bad. Reasonable walking distance to the city center (10-15 minutes). Next to the train station.

The breakfast was quite poor for the price.

The location was good. Standard services and facilities. Clean rooms. The reception helped me very quick to connect to the internet.

The hotel use the details of my credit card - that I gave only to guarantee the reservation - and block an amount two times bigger than the reservation, for more than 2 weeks, despite the fact that I paid at check out. Very unpleasant.

The hotel was great for our family - the rooms are inexpensive enough that we could book 2 for our family of 4 ( they can't accomodate more than 2 in a room). for train travelers it was ideal - directly next to the train station - yet only a 5 minute walk to the 'old city" - I would definitely use the Ibus chain again in other locations as well.

Very good location,clean room,no noise ,even it lays directly at train station.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was a little tired looking but perfectly comfortable.
