The host was extremely helpfull over an issue I had with the bank, understanmding & Hepful. The hotel is a bit twee in the Faux Alpine Style, but excellent rooms. WiFi a bit dodgy

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war in Ordnung, das Bad etwas klein aber sauber, leider war der Duschkopf verkalkt. Da wir mit Hunden unterwegs waren, war es für uns wichtig, dass die Hunde ins Restaurant und in den Frühstücksraum durften. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Das Hotel mit den kältesten Zimmern in ganz Europa. Übertroffen nur noch vom Badezimmer, dass noch ein Paar Grad C weniger hatte.

Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung. Es war möglich, im Zimmer zu rauchen. Der Bahnhof Traun ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr trist, das Hotel ist ebenfalls schon etwas abgelebt.
