Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, ansprechendes Äußeres und sehr netter Empfang. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die gerne und zuverlässig für Sonderwünsche und Fragen offen waren und umgesetzt haben. Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmerausstattung ist nicht mehr aktuell und die Flure müssten heller und sauberer sein. Die Duschkabine muss unbedingt mal komplett und gründlich gereinigt werden. |

Es hat mir die besondere Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals sehr gut gefallen, guter Umgang mit Kindern, Sauberkeit, große Hilfsbereitheit (z.B. Überprüfung und Ausdruck meiner Zugverbindung), ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant, gutes und frisches Essen.. |

Einfaches und sauberes Hotel. Gute Essmöglichkeit im angrenzendem Restaurant. Liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind relativ weit weg. |

Bad und Zimmer waren gammlig und verschmutzt. Bett war sauber. Waschbecken und Dusche nicht gereinigt, Haare. Toilette war noch von Vorgängern verunreinigt. Unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Gebäude. Um Hotelgebäude überall Unrat. Frühstück war sehr kläglich. |
