included city transport ticket (It is difficult for me to buy ticket at bending machine with German). Location is very close to West Bhanhof. It takes only 2 mins. |

It was close to everything My wife and I wanted to see. Even though we stayed an additional night, there wasn't a frequent stay discount or any added sales. This was on a Sunday evening in which the hotel is likely to half less then capacity guests. Very disappointed in the availablility of the restraunt. We could not eat in it because of an "event" that we were never told about. Overall, my wife and I were disappointed in the lack of Customer Care on our trip. We will not be staying with Inter City again. |

The hotel is located at the start of the shopping belt, making it really convenient for travellers. Additionally, the price of your hotel stay includes a travel pass for public transport, which was a really nice touch. The TV wasn't working and the room wasn't air-conditioned. The pillows were really flat and uncomfortable. |

I liked the fact that it was so convenient to the Westbahnhof where I was going to be traveling from and that I was given a pass to use all of the public transportation facilities during my stay there. Unfortunately I was not there long enough to make much use of it but I will definitely keep it in mind on my next trip to Europe and stay longer. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was very good but I thought it was a bit overpriced. |

Breakfast was very good. Staff at the reception was efficient and helpful. Very nice and well equipped bathroom. Excellent location. I think the hotel needs some freshing up to say the least. The carpets are dirty and there are stains on the wallpaper and on the carpets both in the room and in the hallway. There was no air conditioner in the room or maybe I simply did not find it? |

The Hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station, and close to the tram that goes to Schronbrunn Castle. |

The free travel card was fantastic and really saves on the total cost of a weekend - excellent value. The bed sheets were clean but a bit tired and there was just a little fan but no air conditioning (in August!) so it was a bit noisy with the window open but too hot to keep it shut. |

I like the location of the hotel which is easily reach in a short walking distance from the station and locate in the center of the city. There are no free internet connection. |

We found the free city transport tickets provided with our reservation were very convenient and welcome! The cost of breakfast at 14.90 Eu seemed too high - specially when very local cafes such as IO literally opposite the InterCity Hotel had on offer a very good, personally served standard breakfast for Eu 5.90 |
