Lovely fresh sunny rooms, a great gym and an absolutely delicious breakfast buffet, which the staff were kind enough to serve to us despite the fact that we were past the breakfast time! 85 euros for the two of us (my father and i) in the twin apartment was such an incredible deal and perfectly suited our needs. Enjoyed our stopover here very much. It wasn't right in the old town, but we were only stopping for one night and we were so close to the train station it was perfect for us. |

Nice organic breakfest. The lunch buffet can be recommended as well. Internet only via ethernet. In our room the network jack was far away from the desc and the available cables had a length of 2 meters. |

The buffet breakfast was excellent, with considerable choice of quality and healthy items. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generally well-appointed. Noise at midnight from road works outside, even with the window shut - presumably, however, only a temporary phenomenon and I don't blame the hotel itself for this problem. |

very good and helpful staff - lovely gardens - quiet, clean, very good and hot sauna - lovely rooms - good breakfast - all in all really very, very good and enjoyable we did not like the street at first and the sign we saw for the hotel - but when we turned around the corner and saw the actual hotel it was a releave - they should do something about that sign - its just too plain |

I've stayed at this hotel many times during the past 5 months. In general I was always pleased with the service, Breakfast has been very good.Whenever they served lunch or dinner I took the opportunity to eat at the hotel. Food is of high quality and not overpriced. Free internet was convenient and it always worked a treat. Although the hotel is not in immediate vicinity of the town centre, the bus stops 3 mins from the hotel. I'm looking forward to returning next year in summer. My positive experience cancels out the odd irritation I experienced. |

Excellent breakfast and very good lunch/dinner at reasonable price. Good wines. Everything is good quality food and careful preparation. It is a nice hotel for a few days break with easy access to the lakes, mountains, shopping, sightseeing. Convenient location out of town but within walking distance along the river. Easy access to main railway station. Some of the reception staff (German) is rude, not very knowledgeable regarding local attractions and how to get about on public transport. They can't even answer questions re opening times of their hotel dining facilities. Austrian staff in general is very polite, helpful. |

I shared an apartment with 2 seperate but adjoining rooms -perfect for our needs. Hotel very spacious and rooms had everything we needed .Staff very helpful.Garden was lovely especially sitting out on terrace with a drink after a long day of sightseeing.Breakfast buffet was very good. About 20 min. walk into old town.of Saltzburgh Coffee was not good --often not hot.Location of hotel is quite a walk from old town --not a problem for us but maybe for others. We did not look into taking a bus into town. |

I got in and out of the hotel quickly; staying 24hrs as part of a longer trip around Europe, so take this in to consideration. It is very close to the train station, so this is an ideal hotel if plan to use the railways. The neighborhood is quiet and the hotel has an idyllic garden. Breakfast is first class and comprehensive. My follow-up with the hotel after I thought that I had left an item in my room was efficient and considerate. The room I booked was a single and very small and hot - there was no air conditioning. In addition, the TV reception dropped in and out and required a fiddle with the aerial. It is nit picking but the staff where polite but perfunctory and showed little imagination or initiative in answering some of my inquiries. It is a hike on foot to the old town - about 20 mins and this should be considered if a central location is part of your travel plans. |
