BIO食材による朝食が良かった。特にその場で作ってくれた目玉焼き。駐車場がHOTEL敷地内にある点も良い。 BUSを使えばすぐだが旧市街から少々遠い。また、近くにレストランがない様で初日の到着が遅かった時推奨のレストランを聞いたら近くのゲストハウスと映画館を薦められた。 |

オーガニックフードの朝食は美味しくいただけた。 ジュニアスイートに泊まってみたが、シャワーしかないとのことで、大変がっかりした。ランクが上ならバスタブは当然あるものだと思っていたが・・・。フロントスタッフはドイツ語しかできなくて、上司らしき人は英語を話せたが、このホテルにはバスタブの部屋はない！とまで断言された。それならそうと、はっきり明記させておくべきではないかと思った。ドイツ語しか話せないスタッフとその上司はドイツ語で話していたが、お客からなんと言われても「ないといえばいいの」といっていた時は正直がっかりした。うまく喋らなくても、言っていることがわかる人はいるんですよ。 |

The location of the hotel was very conveinient for me, not so far from the old part of the city and not far from the highway to nearby villages, too.I had a rental car and the hotel had sufficient parking slots which was excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The recieption staff were very helpful. The room is a bit small but not that bad. If the hotel had AC it would have been better, since we had to keep the window open at night to have some air in theroom and this caused some noise coming from people whoare staying at the garden ofthe hotel. |

The breakfasts were tasty. ( However, on the morning that I arrived at 9:30 most of the food was gone. Make sure to arrive for breakfast one hour before closing.) Five minute walk to the train/bus station. I thought the website misrepresented the distance from the hotel to the Altstadt. Also, we sat in the lounge for 20 minutes one night waiting for someone to take our order. When we finally found someone, we were told it would be just a minute. That minute was 8 minutes longer. Another evening, we asked to pay and were told just a minute. At that point, the waitress proceeded to clean all the tables and we waited 20 minutes for her to finish. No coffee maker in the room. No air conditioning. No iron or ironing board in the room. No black-out blinds in one of our rooms. |

Rooms were big, staff were helpfull with internet as i needed a hard wire which was avaliable free of charge. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Value for money was excellent. Great hotel for a short stay!!! Wierdest toilet i have ever seen. Low shower water pressure. Dinner was cheap but pretty boaring. Proximity to the old town was a little far!!! These are small issues that would'nt affect your experience too much!!! |

Location is good. Facility is good and kept clean. The young lady employee at reception is very bad in attitude and damaged my good impression for this hotel. |

My husband and I loved the fact that bike rentals were available at the hotel. We were able to rent the bikes and take a nice ride along the river down to the altstadt! There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. The staff was wonderful and actually worked with us because we wanted to stay in the same room an extra night to play in the nearby mountains! |

Convenient location to stay when visiting Salzburg. Good access to city bus. Easy parking at the hotel. Friendly hotel staff. Room was a little small and quite warm. No air conditioning and even with the window open, the air circulation was not the best. |

Great hotel, free parking, amazing free breakfast, restaurant in the hotel is great and not expensive at all. Hotel is about 20 - 25 mins walk to the old town. No air conditioning but evenings in Salzburg are usually not too hot. They have latest windows and doors that you can leave open overnight. |

Close to the main trian stations and walking distance to the city. Heater wasnt working, as our clothes were wet and we needed to dry them. |

Staff was friendly. We had a Jr Suite which was a good size and comfortable. Very clean and the restaurant was really good. We enjoyed our stay. Not very close to the old town but we didn't mind the walk |
