The staff is very friendly and they speak several languages. A nice and quiet location, very close to the main station. Amazing breakfast! The internet in the room didn't work and the staff couldn't manage to solve the problem. |

The friendly and helpful staff. The garden was lovely. Good and free parking spaces on site. Unfortunately the restaurant and cafe were closed for 6 weeks while we were there. It was not on the website so we only found out when we arrived. I do not know why it was closed. The only handicap accessible rooms were with one bed in the rooms and we are three people so we were forced to not have a handicap shower which is important for us to have. |

Excellent breakfast, hotel front desk staff spoke English and were friendly. There was no hot water in my room. When I went to the lobby to ask about it, the receptionist said that there was a problem with the pipes and the entire hotel didn't have hot water. When I asked if it was being fixed, she simply responded, "I hope so!" With no estimate for when that would happen an no apology. When I checked out, she didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. |
