The hotel offers good services and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is rich and structure of the hotel is very nice. The position is very good: only 10minutes walk to get to the very center. |

The room was large, light and airy with a comfortable sitting area as well as comfortable bed (not either too hard or too soft). The street outside was quiet with little foot or vehicular traffic. We would have liked a bath! However that is becoming a rather rare option and none of the hotels we looked at in Vienna had baths either. |

I like the friendly staff, comfort room where I stayed, the possibility of getting to know new interesting people, and more. The only thing I am pleased that the hotel could only go from 14 hours. |

The close proximity to the cultural sites of the district. The comfort and cleanliness of the accomodation. The variety of foods served at breakfast. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.I would have preffered the cost of breakfast to have been included in the rate.I did not read the reviews on the website. I chose for the location, the cost and the star rating. I have family living in Vienna and visit regularly, I would select the hotel again if the price was right. |

Our room was quite and clean and has very nice decoration. It was well priced and in a short distance from the subway and the main attractions of the city. I recommend it for other travellers. The fact that in a double bed they had single comforters (It was not that cozy for a couple). |

Location - room was really big and confortable The main hotel was really beautifull ... i was however given a room in the building next door for which you had to take a dirty hallway, not renovated - the roomdoor spyhole was so big that you could just look into the room from the outside. |

Hotel was good, we only wanted to change room because we were at the last floor and had a slanting roof which we did not like. They said that the hotel was full so they could,nt change it. |

Excellent location, nice room. Only problem was room became very hot in the evening/overnight - uncomfortable for sleeping. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

The room was comfortable and well decorated More a problem with Austria generally, but smoking in public areas of the hotel is something I find unpleasant. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. |

Buona posizione per visitare la città, al di fuori della zona pedonale del centro, ma comunque vicinissima al municipio, alla fermata del tram e della metro (linea 2 fermata Rathaus); in pochi minuti di camminata si arriva tranquillamente in centro. L'hotel è molto tranquillo, pulito, e il personale dell'hotel mi è sembrato cordiale e disponibile. |

E' un albergo comodo da raggiungere anche con la macchina ed ha il garage privato. Si trova in una laterale del ring molto tranquilla e silenziosa vicina sia al centro storico. |
