the diverse breakfast here was so amazing and satisfied our annoyance of the internet.
the internet-access area was only in the ground floor. when you connected with it, you cannot download anything but chat with your friends...
The hotel is situated few minutes walk from the town centre. Beautiful view from the room on the castle. Good car park but not for free. Bathroom very confortable
Rooms are very little. The restaurant for dinner was advised as open but it was closed. Breakfast: no cakes at all.
staff helpful and friendly buffet breakfast excellent, good selection
wifi doesn't work in rooms would be good if the hotel could offer more hot meals in the evening
Location, facilities, price.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The location is good and seems very safe. There was a problem with my room upon check-in so I was immediately upgraded, which I very much appreciated. They booked my Sound of Music tour at no extra cost.
Directions from train station weren't very clear towards the end.
Great to be able to park so centrally and walk to the Christmas market and central town.
Poor quality bed linen. So coarse and rough on the skin I wrapped a t-shirt around my pillow.
The room has full facilities and is clean. The location is just on the edge of the old city area so you can just walk around.
There's no wifi in the room, only in the lobby.
Staff were very helpful. A short walk to town. Breakfast was good. We were able to organise tour bookings and Salzburg card through reception. We were even picked up for our tours from the hotel. Laundry facilities were good. Can get drinks and light meals (pizza, toasted sandwiches, etc) from the bar. Towels were changed regularly. Bus stop is really close by. A bit of a walk from the station but buses from near hotel to the train station run every 20 minutes. Everything about Jufa was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
Internet only in the foyer. Although we could get a weak signal from our room. Not a big problem though.
value for money, walking distance to old town,
restaurant was closed, not enough staff
Location is good.
No wifi in rooms, and even in the lobby the speed is extremely slow.
I felt that in this hotel the important for the adminstration is to take the money of the clients, that is why the customers have to pay on check in date. There are many disadvantages such as: obsolate room, not motivated personal, not smilling employees, vary bad internet connection in the loby, no internet in the rooms. This hotel could attract you only with the price.
Location is good, breakfest is nod bad value for money.
The rooms are very tight spaced, cleanliness could be better, very noisy, not that good of a hotel for relaxing, sightseeing, and resting. If you only go to visit the city, and dont mind the crowd, it is a good choice.
Comfortable room and clean environment
If we can use wifi in the room would be perfect
Very well located, short distance to City Center.
Near center, so this is good breakfast OK, staff is nice
In this hotel you have to pay everything before even you get your keys from room. We came in Salzburg at 11 o clock and we get our keys at 17.30 in our hand, but pay time was the first minute we came to Hotel. And the next morning was cleaning girl infront of the door at 9.00! This is not nice for guest!! wifi - not good
The staff are nice and helpful. Free cookies at the reception.
There is no wifi available in the bedroom whick makes it inconvenient. Public wifi is not that strong. The room is smaller than that shown in the picture. Too small for 3 people.
Easy reach to the old town and the Christmas Markets. Very good and varied breakfast which gave us a great start to the day.
There was no wifi in the rooms and in the website claimed to have wifi and omited the part that is only possible in the lobby!!
Good breakfast. Pretty good location. We are on a car. Kinda weird to pay for parking.
Not very strong wifi
10 minutes easy walk to the city center nice breakfast cheap parking, 5 euro per day (but limited place)
Lots of school kids (quite noisy but not to much small room
breakfast is good.
1. room is very small 2. Wi-Fi only in lobby. 3.room is not very clean 4. very noisy during sleep 5. front desk staffs not friendly. Especially the one at night
There is no wifi in the room. During the breakfast time the strong cooking odors could be smelled throughout the hotel.
Quite clean overall. Room looks quite decent. New towels are given everyday. Bed is quite comfortable too.
Noisy because there are people still partying outside when it was already 12am. It can be heard clearly in the room, affecting our sleep. If there is a kettle to boil water for coffee, it would be better!
I booked the hotel half a year ago, but when I checked in, the staff told me they didn't get my reservation. Then they found out that it was because I typed my name in Chinese characters and they didn't know what these words are!! Unbelievable! I think they should at least send an email to ask... And they said they dodn't charge my credit card yet...so they tried to make up and decided to let my husband and I stayed in a dorm seperately for free on our honeymoon. That was terrible enough. But the worst part was that when I came home, I found that they indeed charged my credit card half a year ago. How could they say no? That's really unbelievable!
