Room was nice, clear, silent. Breakfast was great. Jfgh is a very nice place close to city and tha castle. There was only one person for reception and bar so we had to wait a lot. |

The hotel is in a perfect location everything was in walking distance. I don't not like that the elevator was not working. |

it is not mentiond that it is a youth house they mention : there is internet in the rooms , but no , no internet |

Friendly staff and beautiful view from the main receuption. Room was simple but very clean and price was excellent value (price was decreased because room renovations not fully complete). Excellent location - easy walk to old town and peaceful in the evenings. |

Very close to the city centre. You can rent bicycles at the hotel for good price. The room was small. Parking was under construction...free internet at the lobby... |

The location was convenient. The hotel staff arranged a tour for us, and the tour company picked us up at the hotel. There are no screens in the windows. The room was warm and we had to open the windows. We could hear church bells at intervals all night long, and there was loud talking in the parking lot most of the night. It was difficult to get any sleep. The noise was not the fault of the hotel. |

It was located only about 5 minutes from the old parts of Salzburg which was great and it had parking outside the hotel free of charge. The internet was slow and using it was quite expensive. |
