Located at the foot of the Dachstein Mountain, Jutel Obertraun is 4 km from Lake Hallstatt. A ski bus stops in front of the property and provides good connections to the ski areas Dachstein West and Gosau-Rußbach-Annaberg. Rooms at Jutel Obertraun are simply furnished and have a bathroom and work desk. Large windows flood many of the rooms with a lot of natural light. A buffet breakfast is provided every morning. It can be enjoyed in the dining room, which is lined with windows that look out over the surrounding countryside. A drinks and coffee machine are also available. The property offers guests an internet corner, children’s play area, table tennis, table football and ski storage facilities. Barbecue facilities and a small football field and basketball court can also be used on site. The local ski lift is just 1 km away. Jutel Obertraun is 1.5 km from the railway station and Hallstatt can be reached by car in 20 minutes. The village is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ice Caves and several museums can be visited there. The breakfast. The ckeck in is only from 16:30 to 18:00, so we were afraid that we couldn't enter in the hotel because we arrived at 19:00. But they put the key inside an envelope in the door for people who cannot arrive in time. We didn't find the towels.

Buona colazione, abbondante, buona posizione, staff disponibile e gentile, pulito. La mia stanza dava sul fiume, quindi bella vista e rilassante, ma piena di insetti.

객실이 깨끗해서 가격 대비 대만족... 지하에 탁구장 / 게임 시설이 있어서 가족여행 및 단체여행에 적합할 듯... 더불어 오베르트라운 케이블카 이용시 호텔투숙 페이퍼 가져가면 2euro 할인됨.. 개인적인 생활용품들은 준비해 가세요... 치약 / 비누/ 샴푸.. 객실에는 타올만 준비되어 있습니다.

Vhodné pro turistiku, kola. Čisté pokoje. Pěkná společenská místnost, stolní tenis. Bohatá snídaně. Studenstká ubytovna, velmi malé pokoje, bez TV, bez lednice.

Ich habe ein Zweibett- und ein Mehrbettzimmer gebucht, beide Zimmer waren 4-Bettzimmer mit einzelnen kleinen Betten. Letztlich ist der Preis über booking.com ein Wahnsinn, es werden um fast 60 Euro mehr verrechnet als bei Buchung direkt beim Hotel vor Ort, bei booing.com buche ich sicher nie mehr!

Close to Hallstatt, the lake and the mountains. Noisy, expensive (135€ for a small room of 4), bad smell inside, check- in in the morning or between 16h30 and 18h, breakfast not very good. It is a very unpersonal hotel and not warm/friendly inside.

Nice location although 45 mins walk from Hallstatt, just on the other side of the lake. Good location for skiing in the winter. Staff never around and slightly rude. Check-in limited to 1630-1800, check-out 0800-0900. No tv in room, and notice in the room asks to turn the lights off at 10pm. Also, you have to collect bedding from basement and make the beds yourself. On this occasion, there wasn't enough for our group so some went without. This should be a standard for any Hotel.
