Worst hotel I've ever been. Old, dirty, rotten. I don't understand how they can receive customers. It should be closed down by inspectors. A real nightmare

The owners are very welcoming and hugely helpful. Clean and well kept, access to lovely rooftop garden. Located directly in old town, close to shops, restaurants and lake. Only 10 minute walk to Bregenz opera theatre. Rooms overlooking the old town square can be noisy at night. Ask for room that does not face the main square to avoid this.

The location of the hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk from the rail station. The hotel is located in an active area (Kaiser street) where many restaurants and shops are and its 5 minutes from the lake. The staff (The family own the hotel) are so kind and friendly and helpful. There is not elevator from ground to first floor (reception) but the guy will take your luggage is you need help. the decoration of the hotel is nice and the room is spacious and comfortable with nice lighting and accessories. The breakfast is nice and the lady will take good care of you and your orders. At night time I opened the window to get some fresh air but it was noisy because the hotel is close to some bars where people laugh loudly when they become drunk.

The rooms were very clean; free wifi; separated toilet; good breakfast; relaxed, peaceful atmosphere; owners and staff always helpful and friendly; cosy; good beds and nice (common) terrace at my floor; they take care of little details as champagne glasses and good minibar in the room, free sweet and fruit bites at the reception etc Remote controllers were complicated ( but nice big flat tv screen); they could put some hair conditioner im the bathroom; not really big things to criticise; rooms are spacious and manicured for a small town hotel ( kitschy-classic-romantic-austrian combination)

Wir waren vor drei Jahren schon einmal im Hotel Kaiser. Da wir jetzt wieder eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht in Bregenz brauchten und beim ersten Mal sehr angetan von diesem Hotel waren, buchten wir jetzt wieder eine Nacht. Es war so angenehm wie vor drei Jahren: ein sehr netter und herzlicher Umgangston, saubere Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück in nettem Ambiente.

Das Hotel Kaiser hat einen ganz eigenen Stil, der einerseits etwas verschroben wirkt, aber andererseits auch eine eigene Gemütlickeit ausstrahlt.

Die freundlichen und gesprächsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die -für Bregenzer Verhältnisse- günstige Parkkarte für die TG(ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt), die vorzüglich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, besonders das im 5.Stock (reingeschaut), nicht so viele Zimmer aber ein feines Frühstück!!!! Die direkte Lage in der Fußgängerzone zentral mit Nähe zur Seebühne (ca. 10 gemütliche Gehminuten). Einziges kleines Manko: keine eigene Parkmöglichkeit, die öffenliche Parkgarage ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, unbedingt eine Ausfahrtkarte vom Hotel geben lassen, Eigenkosten 12 Euro (Parkzonen nur Sa.1200h - Mo. 0600H geb.-frei) ansonsten S....teuer!

Der ausgezeichnete und nette Service der MitarbeiterInnen - sehr zuvorkommend! Sehr gutes Frühstück und immer eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit wenn man an der Rezeption vorbei kam. Die Lüftung draußen war im Zimmer Carmen etwas laut, schwierig um mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Bregenz. Es ist klein aber fein. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und ruhig mit Blick in die Fußgängerzone. Zum See und zur Seebühne sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat gute Tipps parat. Es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffett in der Bäckerei im gleichen Haus. Sehr empfehlenswerrt!

Accueil très chaleureux et efficace. Accès en véhicule un peu délicat dans la zone piétonne. Mais il y a le parking de la mairie a deux pas et le propriétaire qui vous montre des raccourcis très pratiques pour rejoindre a pied l'hôtel.
