Situated in the pedestrian zone right in the heart of Bregenz, 220 yards from the Kunsthaus and Lake Constance, Hotel Kaiser offers you charmingly furnished accommodations. The façade has a noticeable color and the rooms are lovingly decorated containing all modern amenities and a Jacuzzi. Hotel Kaiser is ideally located only a short walk from the casino, the theater, the Central Train Station and the Festspielhaus, which is a spacious conference and performance center. You can access the pedestrian zone when coming by car to unload it. Use the free wireless internet access in all rooms of the Hotel Kaiser. There is a cafe and a bistro at the Hotel Kaiser. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms spacious and comfortable. An overall good experience. The entrance is deceiving, not as classy as the service and the comfort of the stay. The noise from the walkway/street can be a disturbance early in the morning.

The owners are very welcoming and hugely helpful. Clean and well kept, access to lovely rooftop garden. Located directly in old town, close to shops, restaurants and lake. Only 10 minute walk to Bregenz opera theatre. Rooms overlooking the old town square can be noisy at night. Ask for room that does not face the main square to avoid this.

The location of the hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk from the rail station. The hotel is located in an active area (Kaiser street) where many restaurants and shops are and its 5 minutes from the lake. The staff (The family own the hotel) are so kind and friendly and helpful. There is not elevator from ground to first floor (reception) but the guy will take your luggage is you need help. the decoration of the hotel is nice and the room is spacious and comfortable with nice lighting and accessories. The breakfast is nice and the lady will take good care of you and your orders. At night time I opened the window to get some fresh air but it was noisy because the hotel is close to some bars where people laugh loudly when they become drunk.

The rooms were very clean; free wifi; separated toilet; good breakfast; relaxed, peaceful atmosphere; owners and staff always helpful and friendly; cosy; good beds and nice (common) terrace at my floor; they take care of little details as champagne glasses and good minibar in the room, free sweet and fruit bites at the reception etc Remote controllers were complicated ( but nice big flat tv screen); they could put some hair conditioner im the bathroom; not really big things to criticise; rooms are spacious and manicured for a small town hotel ( kitschy-classic-romantic-austrian combination)

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Chef. Die Tips, wo man in Bregenz gut Essen kann sollte man annehmen. Beide Lokale, in denen wir Essen waren, sind sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter im Holtel sind auch sehr freundlich. In dem kleine Hotel gibt es ein gutes Früstück mit ausreichend Auswahl. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone. In Bregenz ist immer was los. Für Reisende, die früh ins Bett gehen und Ruhe möchten (sind wir nicht), weniger geeignet. Nach Mitternacht wird es dann aber angenehm leise. Unser großes Zimmer unterm Dach konnte nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden. Ausschlafen ist da schwierig.

Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht, wie herzlich ich empfangen wurde und man mir alles genau erklärt hat. Es ist fast familiär und mit dem Frühstücksbuffet wird man richtig verwöhnt, speziell vom Personal. Danke!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Bregenz. Es ist klein aber fein. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und ruhig mit Blick in die Fußgängerzone. Zum See und zur Seebühne sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat gute Tipps parat. Es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffett in der Bäckerei im gleichen Haus. Sehr empfehlenswerrt!

Accueil très chaleureux et efficace. Accès en véhicule un peu délicat dans la zone piétonne. Mais il y a le parking de la mairie a deux pas et le propriétaire qui vous montre des raccourcis très pratiques pour rejoindre a pied l'hôtel.
