Every room is individually furnished and has unique decor.

Area information

A lot of attractions are close to the hotel. These include the historic city of Salzburg, the salt mines, the Zoo and castle Hellbrunn with the famous "water games". In the winter you can easily reach the ski areas of Amadé, Dachstein West and Jenner and Götschen in Berchtesgaden.

In the summer you can use the Mozart cycling route or one of the other cycling trails. You can also explore Mount Untersberg.

Guests have to pay for their stay upon departure. No deposit is required, and credit cards are pre-authorized. For payment, cash cards/ATM cards and cash are also accepted, in addition to the listed credit cards.

Disabled guests:
There are no handicap-accessible facilities, except the restaurant which can be easily entered by people in a wheelchair. The hotel rooms are only on the second floor and above. There is no elevator.

If you want to stay outside the city, but with access to the city and the surrounding area, it is a good (and better priced) place to stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful--most speak English very well. The Family Room had bunkbeds for the children, which they liked and the room had enough space. The restaurant serves excellent meals at very good prices! Wir haben sehr laute Musik am Donnerstag und Freitag bis 3 Uhr morgens (am lauetesten zwischen 2 u. 3 Uhr!) and dann wieder am Sonntag bis Mitternacht oder spaeter. Es wahr kaum moeglich ueberhaupt zu schlafen, und wenn Ueberhaupt war ich immer wieder aufgeweckt von der Musik und Geschrei von den Party-Gaesten. (2) Das ganze Hotel war voll mit Zigerattenrauch 24/7 - das Rauchen im Fruehstuckszimmer war sogar ueblich. Aus diese 2 Gruenden ist das Hotel voellig ungeignet fuer Familien mit Kinder.
