Hotel Kaiserhof  

Location nice. Pretty to look at from outside. Inside needed a little more tlc.

Location was good, close to Salzburg and Berchesgarten. Our room was disappointing. It was not clean, very disty. They were doing a renovation and our entire floor was cluttered in halls with old furniture, beds trash. The room looked like it was not prepped for guests. The toilet was not clean, the pare role almost empy, no soaps or toiletires. The floor was full of contruction dust. Our shoes and socks were all dirty after. Wehn I compained ot the manager, he just stared at me. No apologies or attempt to fix. He could have at least offered us a drink! Early in morning all the workers were on our floor doing contruction. We should have been placed on the upper floor away from the mess. Not nice. Restaurant was good food.

The hotel is located for an easy drive into Salzburg and is close to the Hellbrunnn Palace. If you want to stay outside the city, but with access to the city and the surrounding area, it is a good (and better priced) place to stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful--most speak English very well. The Family Room had bunkbeds for the children, which they liked and the room had enough space. The restaurant serves excellent meals at very good prices!

The rooms, though clean and comfortable, do need updating. They really need new carpet and furnishings. Room WiFi costs 7Euro per day.

Il design interno del ristorante e soprattutto delle camere, tipico austriaco. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale.

Scarsa ricettività del ristorante. La possibilità di fumare al ristorante

Ottima posizione per chi arriva in auto e vuole visitare Salisburgo (pochi min. In auto dal centro). Ampio parcheggio. Molto confortevole. Ottima prima colazione. Ristorante consigliato per chi non vuole fermarsi in città la sera; è di buona qualità e prezzo conveniente. Non parlano italiano, ma inglese; comunque si fanno capire.

großes Zimmer für 4 Personen, toller Ausblick auf die Berge (Untersberg)

ideaal als je op doorreis bent naar Italie of kroatie. Het is maar net de snelweg af en je kunt eten slapen. De volgende morgen binnen vijf minuten kun je de reis weer vervolgen, want dan zit je alweer op de weg naar de tauerntunnel.
