Ησυχη περιοχή αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης,πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο ,άνετο δωμάτιο ζεστό και περιποιημένο αν και χωρίς θέα το συγκεκριμένο, ευγενικό προσωπικό και εξυπηρετικό.Πολύ όμορφη μπαροκ τραπεζαρία και απαλή κλασική μουσική που σου έφτιαχνε τη διάθεση. Πολύ καλό πρωινό, αλλά αν και στην χώρα των γλυκών δεν περιείχε κανένα, ούτε λίγο κέηκ. |

The staff members were very good and helpful. The breakfast spread was very good. Very near to Schonbrunn Palace. The room air-con was not working, although the staff member informed that the main control was on. The single bed is with smallest width and the matress was uncomrtable. Also not sure why a 4-star rating in attributed. |

The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The lounge area downstairs was good and had free Internet access. We were able to book tours from the hotel and were picked up there. I didn't think this hotel was good value for money. We stayed in much better facilities for less on a four week holiday through Central Europe. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to the Schonbrunn Palace so the hotel was located a long way out of the city centre, which may be an issue for otehrs, although there was an underground station close by. |

convenient; great breakfast choices Staff did not always understand what we were asking for. One staff member did not know how to tell us to get to the Orangery at the Schonbrunn Castle - we walked to the Technical museum and all away around to only find that where we wanted to go was across the street. |
