The staff members were very good and helpful. The breakfast spread was very good. Very near to Schonbrunn Palace.

The room air-con was not working, although the staff member informed that the main control was on. The single bed is with smallest width and the matress was uncomrtable. Also not sure why a 4-star rating in attributed.

The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The lounge area downstairs was good and had free Internet access. We were able to book tours from the hotel and were picked up there.

I didn't think this hotel was good value for money. We stayed in much better facilities for less on a four week holiday through Central Europe. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to the Schonbrunn Palace so the hotel was located a long way out of the city centre, which may be an issue for otehrs, although there was an underground station close by.

Free wireless internet, helpful friendly staff.

No room service, tiny room, no air conditioning, no bar, no restaurant, no curtains!! old fashioned worn out furniture & fittings, damp smell, boring breakfast food,

Staff was excellent, Wireless was great, good speed, free.

Breakfast quality was good, but never changed in what was there; certainly adequate. This is not a complaint.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

I booked this hotel because it was the only available option for the given dates. It does not in any way reflect the 4 star rating it claims. The place is completely falling apart: from the broken tiles in the bathroom to the beds.
