We like our stay at Kibi. Room was small, but cozy and clean. Guestful stuff. It's situated not far from the city center (15 min by foot). During our stay was very cold weather - walking didn't seemed pleasant, so we bought 48hours transport card (13 €) and it was very convenient. Fair amount of money
There was a smell from the toilet
I like home hotels. There's very nice personal, rooms are clean and cosy. It locates not in the very city center, but it gives you a chance to see the real Vienna.
Very good value for money Excellent Location Quietness Welcome candy Good matrass
A millipede was found on the bed The bed was a bit noisy Very soft pillow The toilet was smelling No shampoo / shower were provided
Wi-fi worked fine, shower and room clean, excelent location in the heart of town near everything.
When I booked in booking.com it said I should pay there with cash, but they charged me in the credit card and there was no way to undo the transaction.
the breakfest was good, everything was new and modern, close to a subway station
Bed and shower
Failed to leave access card as promised so I had to call London office for help; no staff or left luggage after 4pm; very thin walls and dark rooms.
The room has a really good value for the price. Good equiped , with a safe in the closet and a flat screen tv and comfy bed. Also nicely decorated.
The lady working on the front desk was really annoying and we were welcomed strangley. The first thing she mentioned to us was that we could come in using our pin codes for opening the door instead of ringing since she could have been on her lunch break although the instructions that they sent within e-mail clearly say that the pin-code should be used only if you arrive after 16:30 which was not our case. We arrived at 13:00 and although the check-in starts at 13:00 the room was still not ready so we had to wait 30 minutes.
Location is convenient , close to Terminal station of CAT transport to airport
room quite small. Double bed is made of 2 single beds , so not so comfortable
good place for backpackers. it is very close to CAT station and you can go to the airport in half an hour after you check-out. nothing very special but useful.
pillows are really uncomfortable. there is no twin bed, they just put two beds side to side.
personal were helpfully
no breakfast, poor internet conection, the room heater did not work well during the night
Bad bad place !!!
Communication with staff and the fact that there is no reception after 5pm.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, location is alright, easy to find
Absolutely no wi-fi signal, there was no staff to help fix the wi-fi situation. There was no wi-fi even in the lobby.
good location. Looking for the key card is like looking for a treasure. It is a lot of fun.
Closed to the Wien Mitte station. We arrived to the hotel from the airport by train and from Mitte we were walking there.
Small room looks old fashion.
Clean, close to station and bus stop
Tiny bathroom, noisy streetfront room, no aircon, small room gets stuffy.
KIBI is fairly close to Stephanspaltz (about 20-min walk), but more conveniently, it is within walking distance to the CAT which made it extremely easy to get to/from the airport.
The elevator sounded a little scary, so I used the stairs for the most part. My bathroom door was broken, a note was left when I arrived that it will be fixed the next morning, but it never did.
Everything was pretty much what we needed for a short stay. The rooms were comfy and clean with a little touch of art here and there and clever use of space. It's close to the city center so those who want to visit museums, parks or monuments don't have to rely on public transportation. But for getting around quickly, the location is great for bus, nightline, underground and train connection (Wien Mitte) all within a short walk. We didn't try the hotel breakfast because we had a lot of relatively cheap coffee shops to chose from, right on that street which serve delicious food starting early in the morning.
The rooms were fairly small, as well as the bathrooms so this might be a minus point for someone who wants to stay longer than a couple of nights or travels with children. And you should hope you have nice neighbours because while we didn't get any noise from outside, we could hear the TV from the room next to ours for an hour or so one evening. If you're checking in late make sure you call the hotel and get your entry codes (have them double check and get instructions with as much detail as possible, as we've had some late-night confusion between two entrances and a safe box).
Convenient store is surrounding, easy to get to the city center. We could even walk to St.Stephan from here.
It was a bit confusing of how to get to the accommodation, the entrance is a bit confuse.
Location is the only positive thing
very small room, it looks totally different with the photo, staff is not friendly at all!
Terrible bed, no rest at all. Very small room, building in bad condition, very thin walls, smelly toilet. We had booked for 5 nights but we stayed only for 1. At least, they refund us the 50%.
The location was perfect and service
The hard bed's
The location is perfect. The room was small but clean.
The bathroom is a bit outdated. There was no wifi in the room, and there is no breakfast included - although it stated that there would be when booking.
Clean and nice rooms good staff
Little far from city center
central location, cleanliness, very well described how to get the keys after 4:30pm
no possibility to print out boarding pass
