Kitz Residenz enjoys a quiet location, less than half a mile from the center of Kaprun and only 77 yards from the the skibus stop. The 14 comfortable apartments (from 549-1,453 ft²) come with a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony or terrace with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn. The apartment was extremely comfortable and nicely furnished. The extra bed in the sitting room was ideal as it was tucked away in a corner under the eaves and not at all intrusive. The apartment was only a few metres from the skibus and there were plenty of good places to eat in close proximity. All in all a great place to stay.

The apartment had good space for the 7 persons in our group. Kitchen had all the facilities needed. We enjoyed our stay. Not far to the nearest restaurants and the ski slopes. We had our own car and there were parking space just in front. Suggest they empty the big trash dumpsters outside the apartments more frequently. Was not a nice view towards the end of the week...

Great size appt. Huge bathroom. Fully equiped kitchen. Lots of towels. Would have been nice to get a couple of dishwasher tablets, coffee pods etc on arrival. This would cost the appt very little but would save you having to purchase these things yourself.

Every year our company of friends travel to the mountains for freeriding. Starting for the Alps we chose 4 apartments in Kitz Residenz in Kaprun because it was a great accomodation for 26 of us to stay together. The location is perfect in the aspect that a bus stop is just 40 meters walk from the main entrance and it takes just a few minutes to get to the slopes and take the first morning ski-lift. There is a nice restaraunt nearby. The city center is also rather close. Every apartment is very well equiped and has its own alpine design style. I really enjoyed a wonderful view on the peak of Kitzsteinhorn out of the window every morning before riding.

Čisté priestranné apartmány,výborné pre rodiny s deťmi. Na hornom poschodí pohodlné ubytovanie pre tri a nie štyri osoby.Internet na hornom poschodí často padal pre slabší signál.

Die Mitarbeiter von alpinrentals waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, und warum sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Das versprochene wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert (kein Empfang in der Wohnung). Dafür haben die Mitarbeiter von alpinrentals sehr schnell einen USB-Internetstick zur Verfügung gestellt.

Hogy a sky és golf részlegen voltunk a város központban. Minden berendezés működött a lakásban. Közel a felvonó, spa központ. Kilátás a hegyekre napfelkeltére.Napozás a teraszon délután. A takarítási díjat külön felszámolva túlzottnak találtam.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja kaulustus tarpeita vastaava, sopi hyvin isommalle porukalle, tilaa oli riittävästi seitsemälle ja erinomaista oli kaksi kylppäriä! Lasketteluloman kannalta sijaintikin oli ok: hiihtobussille oli vain noin 100m, kumpaankin suuntaan. Oikein hyvä valinta perheen / porukan kanssa matkustaville.

Prima en schone appartementen. ligging is een km van centrum. dat was jammer, maar wisten we vantevoren. verder hebben wij geen buren gehoord. en zaten we lekker rustig. alles prima.

Három szinten elkülönült, egymást nem zavaró pihenés. Tágas helyiségek és két fürdőszoba. Pazar panoráma. A síbusz megálló közelsége. Internet vételi lehetőségének hiánya a teljes időszak alatt. Ezt megérkezéskor jeleztük, de nem oldódott meg. Mivel az üzleti kapcsolathoz és a három fiatal igényeihez ez szükséges volt, sajnos az épület előtt a szabadban tudtunk kapcsolatot teremteni. A 6 főhöz nagyon hiányzott a mikrohullámú sütő. Karácsonyi dekoráció hiánya a környezetben.

Velicina apartmana I lokacija To sto pored cene zakupa apartmana za vikend dopunski naplacuju boravak kraci od 7 dana sto se odmah ne vidi u ponudi I izuzetno skupo ciscenje apartmana. Jedna cena je u ponudi, a druga kad se dodaju ostali troskovi, kraci boravak,ciscenje,depozit itd.

Byly jsme spokojeni s výbavou apartmánu, kde byla kromě myčky nádobí i pračka a sušička. Nebyla zde lyžárna, to sice nevadilo, protože jsme jezdily na sjezdovku autem, ale nebylo kde nechat vyschnout přaskáče. Nosily jsme je na pokoj a sušily v koupelně. Koupelna byla prostorná, takže nepřekážely

Pobyt bardzo udany. Apartament przestronny, wygodny, dobrze wyposazona kuchnia. Usytuowanie znakomite jako baza wypadowa na lodowiec Kitzsteinhorn (ok 5km, skibus 70m). Jednym slowem godny polecenia. W otrzymanym (z hotelu) potwierdzeniu widniala cena prawie dwukrotnie wyzsza, niz na stronie booking.com. Po przyjezdzie na miejsce okazalo sie, ze Pani w biurze/recepcji sie pomylila i powinnismy poniesc wyzszy koszt w porownaniu z wybrana oferta. Dlugo trwaly negocjacje, ale w koncu udalo sie podtrzymac cene z booking.com (oferta).

Aufpassen, die Fotos im Internet treffen nicht auf alle Appartments zu, uns wurde zunächst ein wesentlich einfacher ausgestattetes Appartment angeboten, ohne Internetzugang einfaches Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Plastiktischdecken etc.

Az apartman jól felszerelt, tágas légterű, a többi apartmantól teljesen elkülönül, csendes. Síeléshez kiválóan alkalmas. A Wifi csak a főépületben használható, az oldalsó részekben nem. A jól felszerelt konyhából a mikrohullámú sütő nagyon hiányzott. Ez önellátásnál nélkülözhetetlen.

helaas bij aankomst bleek dat de mooie foto's op de site niet gelden voor het appartement wat wij kregen!! het was een 7 persoons appartement, maar de huisamer is heel erg klein met een 3 persoons bank voor de tv. met 7 personen is er geen bank/stoel ruimte om te zitten. je moet dan op de ouderwetse hoekbank zitten en de tv omdraaien. de afwasmachine zat bij aankomst nog vol met (wel schone) vaat, maar moest ik zelf uitruimen!! bij de tv boven zat geen antennekabel: dus alleen ruis, deze kregen we de donderdag voor vertrek! Veel kleine dingen ontbraken (planken in kasten, bezem, zo-ie-zo kasten) of waren kapot ( houder douchekop, nachtkastje was een kapotte stoel) Bij nader inzien blijkt appartement nummer 14 te koop te staan, dus vandaar de veroudering!!
