Excellent high quality apartments with loads of space. Exceptionally clean and modern. Great location for ski bus and within walking distance of town centre. |

The quality of the room, both in terms of space and fitting quality was excellent Don't get bitten by the cleaning charge, almost the last item on the booking confirmation. We only stayed one night and this nearly doubled the cost of our stay. A really unpleasant surprise. |

The apartament was very clean, everything was new. There was separate entrance to the room. The localisation was great. There is so quiet, that you can can hear the sound of the stream. On the other hand Kitz Residenz is within the walking distance to the town centre with its restaurants. The ski bus stop is within 50 m. |

Very comfortable and homely. A great base for skiing the Kaprun Glacier. An iron and board would have been very useful |

Kitz Residenz je příjemný hotel na skvělém místě. Zařízení hotelu bylo plně odpovídající očekávání. Nelíbilo se nám, že jsme v hotelu strávily jednu noc a byl nám naúčtován poplatek za úklid EUR 18/osoba. Myslím si, že tato cena je nehorázná a podruhé bych do tohoto hotelu už nejel. Zvláště když tento poplatek není nikde zmíněn při objednávání rezervace, tkaže to bylo nemilé překvapení když se nám cena za ubytování téměř zdvojnásobila. |

Tilaa oli paljon, kylpyhuoneet ja keittiö olivat hyvässä ja siistissä kunnossa. Asunnon sisustuksessa oli käytetty laadukkaita materiaaleja. Huoneiden ilma ei vaihtunut lainkaan, ellei ikkunaa pitänyt jatkuvasti auki. Lisäksi Booking.comin varaussivulla ilmoitettiin, että huoneessa olisi DVD-soitin, CD-soitin ja mikroaaltouuni. Näitä ei asunnossa kuitenkaan ollut, emmekä saaneet niitä vaikka pyysimme hotellin henkilökunnalta. |

Ansamblul de apartamente este situat intr-o zona buna, respectiv aproape de centru si pe drumul spre partia de schi. Serviciile si facilitatile au fost peste masura asteptarilor. |
