If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Very spacious and clean rooms, excellent spa, and the food was very good. The staff could have been more informative about the local events and the town, and in general more friendly. |

Despite its four-star status this is an extremely good hotel for families with young children. The staff are extremely helpful and we never felt unwelcome even in the spa area. The location is also good and teh facilities are what one would expect for the star grading. |

Albergo posizionato molto bene vicino al piccolo parco della città. Area relax molto bella e curarata come anche il giardino. Nessuna particolare critica, da curare solo con maggiore attenzione le esigenze legate alle famglie con bambini piccoli. Per esempio le bicilcette a disposizione non avevano i seggiolini per bambini. |

combinatie van rust, comfort, ontspanning en luxe met heel lekker verzorgd eten. We kregen in 1e instantie een donkere kamer met zicht op de ingang van parkeergarage maar na bezwaar prachtige kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. De reden was vlg. hotel dat we geboekt hadden via BOOKING.COM. Dat lijkt me geen reclame ! Ondanks dit incident een super hotel. |

Mooie kamers, mooi welness goed ontbijt. diner niet goed,behalve ontbijt, gevraagd om advies fles wijn bij het eten, we hebben twee flessen leeggedronken de prijs hiervan was €86,50 per fles ,bediening had dit moeten overleggen met ons, bij kwaliteit van eten was een fles van ongeveer €30,00 genoeg geweest. |

Prima hotel met goede faciliteiten. Zowel het diner en ontbijt was van uitmuntende kwaliteit. Een kleine teleurstelling: sauna was niet de gehele dag geopend. 's-Ochtends na de fitness is het dus helaas niet mogelijk om gebruikt te maken van de sauna. |

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich.Gute Küche Schöne Zimmer Tolle Lage Der Großteil des Personals ist noch sehr jung.Dienstleitung kommt beim Gast sehr schwerfällig an.Personal wirkt unsicher und damit auch teilweise unfreundlich.Barbereich völlig unterbesetzt mussten Getränke selber holen im 4 Sterne-Haus. Wenn das Hotelmanagement den Service noch in den Griff bekommt hat das Haus alles was man braucht um Erfolg zu haben. |

Äußerst geschmackvolle Einrichtung, im speziellen die Hotelbar und Lobby haben mir sehr gut gefallen.Reduziert, schlicht und trotzdem alpin, aber nicht krachledern. Im Restaurant fallweise organisatorische Mängel, jedoch keine Unfreundlichkeit. |
