The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast buffet was rather limited but excellent in quality (fresh fruit salad, sparkling wine etc.) Good value for money. I will definitely visit this hotel again. |

The staff are exceedingly friendly and catered to my every request. The hotel is in a quiet area yet still within walking distance of the city centre and all other attractions. When you pull up you see the whole building covered in a tarp since they are renovating the facade. I was expecting the worst but inside the hotel everything is still quiet and pristine. |

The very central to so many Vienna attractions, the underground nearby and the delightful breakfasts. The only drawback was the cost, but I guess this was to be expected because of the Euro soccer finals at the same time. One of the two lifts did not work on days 2 and 3, causing us to often walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. |

The staff were excellent and very helpful and efficient. I sent an email to confirm the booking a week or so before departure. They did not answer it, and I had to phone to confirm. |

The general hotel ambiance. Rooms were cleaned, but not very well cleaned. Dishes from room service from the previous night were not removed. Rooms did not have connecting doors if you go there with children. |

Excellent location,quiet and comfortable.Breakfast available until 11.00am and had everything you could possibly need and was fresh. Disappointed the restaurant area did not serve evening meals, we felt the bar area which was almost in the foyer was not really relaxing relaxing to eat. We would have definately ate in the restaurant if open evenings |
