Friendly staff, quiet street, good tram and metro conection to the city.
- friendly bilingual staff - coffeemaker, tv and coathangers in the room - three blocks away from the metro, two blocks away from a supermarket, one block away from several bars - quiet and clean
- wifi speed - toiletbowl shape
A very friendly atmosphere and a sophisticated way of presenting added values to their guests. In combination with a very friendly and attentive staff a real pleasure to stay. A nice part of the city if You want to discover different sides of Vienna.
This night a lot of loud people crowded in front of the hotel and made fuzz until midnight - that made the stay in a very quiet corner of Vienna quite noisy this time. The WiFi did not work fine that evening.
Wi-fi connection was terrible.
I found a single room for the price of 42 €, best rate in the area which is located a bit far from metro. Therefore, I suggest this hotel to people travelling with car, parking in the area is easy to be found. The single room was right on the ground floor with windows on the street, that's why it was a bit noisy. However, room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable
Bathroom and clothes washing facilities were excellent. The Klimt Restaurant was gemütlich and had wonderful Widener schnitzel.
Furnishings were a bit stark.
Very nice and multilingual staff. Good breakfast for the reasonable price. Located a bit far from the city, but with reasonable distance from trams and metro.
large space for the money
location in a suburb, quite a walk from the U-Bahn, EXTREMELY loud construction noise starting at 6 am both nights!!! wifi connection was also spotty.
Hotel is offering large rooms, staff is really friendly (they borrowed us even their private umbrella when it was raining!). Staff spoke in our language. About 3min walk to nearest big shop, 3min also to the Tram. Ubahn is a bit farther away, but you can easily reach the city centre with the tram. Breakfast and restaurant in decent prices offering local food. Really good value for this kind of money. We easily parked each day in front of the hotel, it costs 8 Euro per day (September '14).
A bit small room for 4 people, but still it was for us only for sleeping, not spending time there. :)
Clean and good staff
In double room Two beds were perpendicular with each other
The location was great. Check in and check out very simple. Good price. Good availability to book. Plenty of info about city. Good wi-fi.
The staff was not very prompt.
location, equipment of the apartment, helpful stuff
no hot water and Wi-Fi until the next day, many stairs to carry luggage,no parking area specially when you rcome back in the evening
The hotel has its own style, the individual image
Сomplex ritual for parking. But maybe in Vienna so everywhere?
Large apartement. Even for 6 adults and 4 kids
easy access to transport, food stores and easy to drive to city
Large apartment,clean, good wi-fi !
Too far from center and public transportation.Has an additional charge for cleaning services that seems a bit too much added to the rice of reservation. Although they said we have parking places, when we arrived there we had to find parking or our own !
very good overall
I was close to tram & metro station. Quiet and comfortable room.
The wifi signal was poor.
Apartments Klimt was a great place to stay. It's not in the center, but an easy tram ride. The apartment was roomy, clean, nicely decorated, great kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great value for the money and I would highly recommend it.
You have to pay to park, but you can pay at the hotel and park on the street very close to the hotel.
I liked the theme of this hotel, which is all about klimt, but I feel like it is less spacious
When I checked in, it was pretty late. There was no one who helped us, so we had to figure out ourselves. We're very confused to find our room and the staff talked to us only via speake.
The apartment is very well equipped, and clean, really suitable for groups of friends or family. Furniture is quite new and in good condition.
The check-in time is after 2pm, we arrived there after 2pm, but had to wait an hour for the apartment to be cleaned. The hotel should better manage the check-in/out time of guests. Location is a bit far from the center (around 30 mins), so not very convenient.
The price is amazing and I did not feel like the commute into the city was bad at all, especially when considering the hotel's price. The internet was fast. It was easy to find the hotel -- plug the address into Google Maps and know how to read a map. There was a kettle in the room, along with soap at the sink and bathtub/shower. I'm sure I could have gotten tea and sugar packets had I asked for them. The shower had good pressure and temperature controls. The street up the hill from the hotel is a main one with lots of neat restaurants and such. It is close to Schonbrunn Palace, which makes it easier to beat the (massive) crowds which begin to gather early in the morning. The window curtains are quite heavy and act as blackout curtains and you get to hear the birds chirping. There is a restaurant on-hand if you like, and a grocery store nearby. There were security cameras in the hallways.
If you consider half a mile too far to walk or cannot easily traverse hills of any kind -- and you do not have a car -- do not stay here (actually, just don't go to Vienna -- it is a walker's paradise!). It does take a good 5-10 minutes to walk to the U4 train and from there it takes another ~15 to get to Karlsplatz. The reception is not 24-hours, although I felt there was an off-hours emergency maintenance number. When walking home at night from the U4, there are not a lot of places open or people around. I did not feel unsafe, though, and would walk in the middle of the side streets when possible. I was there around 21:00 when it just turned dark, too.
