The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was well organised and there was a wonderful atmosphere in the hotel. The owners were present and made guests feel welcome. 'The food was outstanding and service in the restaurant was first class. As with óther parts of Europe, it is still possible to smoke indoors so that there were areas where smoke was dense. I also asked for no feathers in bed and that had not been conveyed to the hotel. It was ok after I asked but I thought it would have been picked up from the booking form. |

Preparazione dello staff, conoscenza della lingua italiana,ottima cucina arredamento tutto molto bello ad eccezione delle cornici dei quadri che sono ciò di più economico che si può trovare sul mercato e stonano con il resto dell'arredamento |

En unik atmosfære,hvor tradisjon og stil er tatt vare på i dagens luksus utgave. Fantastisk beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Sjarmerende hotell med stor personlighet, nydelige romog tekstiler, utsøkt mat, fott spaavdelingen med forfriskninger, underholdning og service. Imøtekommende, blide og serviceinnstilt personale og eierfamilie. Et fantastisk hotell! Aircondition på rommene pga mye støy/musikk fra gaten. Husdyr bør ikke tillates. |

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Seefeld ist top. Das Frühstücksangebot ausgezeichnet. Das Restaurant, wohl mit verschiedenen Auszeichnungen dekoriert, exzellent. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und alles war top sauber. Der Service der Mitarbeiter stets präsent und einwandfrei. Eigentlich nur zwei Punkte, über die man auch hinweg sehen konnte: Zum einen gab es auf dem Zimmer keine drahtlose Internetverbindung für das Netbook. Das erwarte ich eigentlich heute weltweit in jedem ***** Hotel. Zum anderen störte mich etwas, wann immer ich mich in der relativen kleinen und überschaubaren Lobby aufhielt, war dort auch die Hotelmanagerin bzw. |
