close to the tram and train stations. neat and wide room was good at this price.

Hotel staff (they were very kind), excellent breakfast , location /near to the center, metro station bus station and Sudbahnhof.

Maybe the position of all second floor rooms (our was same too).The guests have to walk through the garden and backside the pubs which are in the same build. Actually it is a separate part (apartments).

The hotel staff was very helpful in finding our way around the city. They did all they could to make our stay enjoyable

The faucet in the bathroom leaked and the toilet seat was insecure.

Location - Close to underground. Staff were friendly.

Room I slept in was cold, dirty and very noisy. Bed wasn't at all comfy. Shower was tiny and there was mould in the bathroom. Safe available but decided not to use it because the staff didn't recommend it! Wifi only accessible in reception/breakfast room. Breackfast was ok but not that great.

The staff were especially accommodating and helpful. The room was quite large. The parking garage next door was convenient.

I like that the room was quite big and the bathroom was well equiped.

The room was very clean and the buffet breakfast was very nice. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and liquid soap and shampoo provided.

There was no shuttle from the airport, even though it had been advertised. No one answered in the office when I tried to call from the airport several times. No one was in the office when I arrived, so I had to use an automated system to enter. It worked well, but was a bit unnerving since I was traveling alone.

Good value, good breakfast everyday, very clean, really nice staff, right beside a nice square and shopping district, cheaper places to eat too!

as long as you realise it's a budget hotel, you won't be disappointed

It was very clean and that was very good. And it was near city center.

It was a little bit expensive.

Hotel is in a busy part of downtown Vienna, maybe 1 mile from the train station and appears old from outside. You will be pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious rooms and the friendliness of the multi-lingual staff. Has a real nice lobby and public area with antiques all around. Good continental breakfast. Hotel is close to being 3 star!

The entrance in the second wing of the hotel; some spots needed some thorough cleaning...

good location, very convenient transportation, traditional character of the hotel, automated reception, quiet.

The house numbering of the hotel can be confusing, it says number 19 on the paperwork, but it looks as if the actual house number may be around 10 or 11. But the sign is large and visible, so we found it easily.
