I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Peter on Reception.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The room was right next to a major road, and the noise is unbearable. The room had no air conditioning, when we were there, it was very hot. We couldn't open the window due to the noise neither. It was simply miserable.

The breakfast was rich and the staff very friendly. Nice old building. Good location. Few good restaurants, cafeterias and bars nearby as well as a massive shopping center.

No lift.

Thanks for everything! For help and for goodwill with hospitality!! We liked to stay in your hotel very much - feeling comfortable and safe! And the breakfast was delicious!!! And big thanks for Peter and Zarko!!!

prices for hotel rooms changes very fast during the day, difficult to predict the total cost of your stay in case you choose this hotel

The breakfast was quite good. Location is very good, you can have access to city center by using one Tram. There is a big shopping mall very close to hotel

There was no electric kettle and complementary coffee or tea in room

Our trip had place in October. We chose hotel Kolbeck because it seemed to be rather cheap and is situated near the Center of the city. Besides that we liked that the hotel had its history, the interior was interesting and beautiful, the architecture - old and attractive. After our visit we can say that we hadn't make a mistake, we liked the personal, place near the U-station, breakfast, cleanliness in the room. We were absolutely satisfied with our choice.

It's pity that we hadn't Internet in the room.

The hotel is not far away from city center and especially close to Belvedere. The breakfast was not bad. The people were very kind and helpful. The room was clean.

The bed was uncomfortable. We did not stay in the main building so there was no wi-fi connection in the room.

The staff we knew, were very helpful and know English perfectly. We liked the location. We would have obviously desired a lift (elevator). Breakfast was lavish. The area is suitably quiet.

It's the first time I saw that kind of toilet seat (loo). They are not my first preference, not even my second.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very nice and speak English well. Help us to book the concert ticket. Show us all the information we need. Only 5 minutes walk to the Metro Station (Subway) and took 10 minutes to the city center and also the tram is close by only one block from the hotel. The room is huge and the ceiling is high. It close to the restaurant open late to 11:00 pm. Finally hotel let us to storage our luggage until we come back at 1:00 pm to the rail station. I will come back to this hotel next trip. The price is very good can not beat it.

The hotel do not have ascatator, you have to walk up to 2nd or 3rd floor, but that is common in Europe or East Europe, because those old building is in the history area, but it is remodel to make it very good inside the room.
