very friendly receptionist close to main railway station value for money good quality of WI-FI
no elevator furnitures are bit damaged
Too expensive, noisy, more like a hostel.
Good location near main railway station, subway or tram stations. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Excellent accommodation for the price.
Nothing worth mentioning
-Very kind receptionist -Excellent location just 400m from Main Train Station -Modern comfortable bed -Clean room -Very nice bathroom -High-quality fresh water
-Size of the room, but it was the last one available in the hotel, so in the end it was very ok.
Location -staff-easy access to tram/metro-spot less! Secure and therefore good for single traveller
No lift but helping available
Close to subway Quiet Safer that it looked
Good location, Shopping Centre Mercury at the corner, nice staff and several stores nearby.
No lift! If you have children or for old people this can be a problem. (but for us this wasn't a problem).
Located close to Main Train Station
Very good, friendly Staff, the rooms were clean, very easy to find- near new Vienna Hauptbahnhof(Vienna Central Train Station)and yes its a good address for my friends too regards from Paul & Ping
There is nothing to complain
perfect location (metro, tram, shops), good breakfast (start at 6:30 AM), friendly staff
smell of cigarette in a non-smoking room (previous guest?)
The two gentlemen who were at the Reception were extremely polite, helpful and friendly.
Location, room comfort
Location very near to metro station and convenient with mall, convenient store, restaurant and bakery available within walking distance
Excellent location 5 metro stations from Stephansplatz, good clean room, no noisr, very good bed, helpful staff, clean room and bathroom. Wifi is free of charge and the signal is great. Stores are in the vicinity as well as a couple of nice restaurants, museums etc. Will come back to the hotel.
Don't expect luxury. This is a tidy and clean hotel with an excellent money to value ratio.
An excellant host Very helpful and accomodating
Staff was cheerful and ready to help; tasty breakfast; everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much ;)
Wifi signal could have been stronger.
location is very good. Very friendly staff. Nice hotel. Hotel was there since 30th (as we were told). Building was built in 1903. Good breakfast.
Economy rooms are placed on the side along the highway. This cause noise.
clean room and helpful staff and close to metro
Spacious room Nice staff Great location Pet friendly
The hotel was located on a square with restaurants/ cafes around. The main train station was just a few minutes walk away. There was a handy laundrette just around the corner, we were travelling around Europe so made use of it. We had a very larg room to the front of the building which overlooked the street but we have to say we were never bothered by traffic noise. We didn't have the hotel breakfast as we were told about the supermarket just across the square which has a cafe on the ground floor. You can get a good cooked breakfast with juice and coffee for under €6. The staff were excellent especially the two gentlemen on reception, very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Vienna.
I thought everything was great
The staff was really courteous, helpful, offering a kettle for us to make tea as my wife was fighting a cold. Quality of breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right on a streetcar line next to a stop--you can get anywhere in Vienna quickly and easily. It was good value in this expensive city.
Noise from the street was a bother, but the hotel is on a busy street, so we couldn't do much about it. Hallways were dingy, room was very plain only having basics.
Cheap, good location, helpful staff..
Old furniture in the bedroom..
We came only for sleep, good location next to the main subway, nice craw.
Friendly staff Good location Price
Room smelt a bit musty (damp)
A good central location for the underground and trains. The hotel was basic but very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful, near shops and lovely cafe,S. The hotel breakfast for 6 euros was excellent, "buffett". Good value for money would definitely stay there again.
After a long day sight seeing, climbing stairs to rooms as there is no lift. But hey they say "exercise is good for you"
