its location (3 subway stops, i.e. 6 minute drive) to the centre of the city, absolutely correct service, espetially in relation to the payed value of money. we liked the stay at the hotel so much that we are planning to make a visit soon (before x-mas)and enjoy another weekend in vienna. |

The staff was very friendly & helpful even with unusual requests. I asked about going to a place off the beaten path and the manager immediately made me a printout of how I could get there. Nice. Breakfast was good & filling. Fresh breads, eggs, cheeses & coldcuts & cereals & hot coffee and they kept it coming. Room 137 was roomy & the beds just fine & the windows kept the traffic noise down. It is what it is. It's an old building in a city of old buildings. I don't need fancy furniture or a giant TV. It's located on the edge of the Turkish section of town but within walking distance of the Sudbahnhof with quick access to downtown as well as the airport. |

U-bahn very close, tram just outside and Subbohnhapf was 5 blocks away; our whole experience was better than expected for a 2 star hotel; breakfast buffet was ample and well stocked. there was street noise, but we didn't need to have the windows open so it wasn't bad |

Homely atmosphere 1. Very few English programmes on Cable tv. Even bbc and cnn not available. Bbc Prime was there but not much of use. 2. Staircase and common areas not well maintained |

Hotel staff was really kind. Tram was right in front of the hotel so it is easy to go around. And big market and restorant is near the hotel, and it provied many comfort things. There was no elevator but the building was more than 100 years. So I could understand that. And I stayed in a single roome. The room was very small but the double room was good enough to stay. |

There is nobody staffing the check-in desk between 8pm and 7am and so if you get to the hotel after 8pm, you have to get in using a password that hopefully you knew you were supposed to have. We ended up having to go to an internet cafe to figure out what was going on before we could get in. Aside from this, it was fine. |

I think the breakfast is good, the bed is good, general conditions (cleaness) of room is good except the shower's floor. The hotel, after 21:00, is just like a "coca-cola" machine. No "live" person to help you or if you need something, like other pillow, you not have nobody to ask help. The shower's floor need be change fast! For finish, the authomatic machine to sell water and sodas was empty when i stay in the hotel. |
