If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 45 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Kolmhof’s new spa area (600 m²) features a Turkish steam grotto, a spacious light sauna, a saunarium and an infrared sauna.
About a 15-minute drive away, the hotel's own private beach is located on the shores of Lake Millstatt. There is a 10,000 m² lawn for sunbathing, a sandy beach and various sports and leisure options, in addition to a holiday entertainer and a health coach during high season.
