i liked the romantic view from the room window - snow, christmas lights, santa Claus...Breakfast was better than expected, staff was nice. The shower curtain was kinda old and dirty. A parking place would be nice. |

Hotel was not bad, not really confortable also. Internet (wireless or with cable) should have been possible. One computer only with a charge of 6 eur/hour in only one floor is really "old" in this age. |

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect, it is close enough to main sightseeing spots, but quiet enough for stay. There was no tv set in the room. The room door is not sound insulated enough, the corridor noise comes in loud. |

Great value for the money. Excellent Location, just 2 blocks away from the Underground. I stayed in a 3 people room, and we didn't have any problems at all. The only thing I could complain about is that the door to the balcony was brocken and needed to be fixed. However this didn't affect our stay. |

Friendly staff all seem to speak good english,Very good buffet breakfast,Rooms clean and large great value for money,Location a bit out of city centre but very easy connections from 2 nearby metro stations to get you where you want to go.Surrounding area a bit dark but i felt perfectly safe walking around there.Slight lack of bars/resturants in near vicinity but with metro connections again no real problem. And one word of warning about supermarkets if you want to shop they seem to close rather early and don't even open on sundays. |

Friendly people, close to bus & subway, doublerooms with balcony, clean, pretty quiet (4th floor) Breakfast is very average and reminded me on my highschool-camp- breakfasts. We went somewhere else (Kunsthalle @ Karlsplatz is always a very good tip for an excellent breakfast!) |

This is more a youth hostel reather then a hotel... However, staff are very kind, the place is clean. We were a bit surprised, as we are family with 2 small children. And we didn't expected hostel... It is noisy as well. |

It was quiet, clean, the services were ok, the staff was excellent, showing a lot of respect and sharing you information in need. The position is very good, it's close to the U-bahn and to the Schonbrunn Castle. |

Nothing to like. Worst 3* hotel I have ever seen. Even if the beds were bunk - as per reservation where it is very little written, the room is so so small that 4 people have for sure no place to live for 3 days. I would say the entire room, including bathroom has around 12sqm. Hotel is very old, not that is more than more than 100 years old, but it's furniture and everything inside is old and poor, since probably the '70 of the twentieth century. No light in the bathroom. I have payed for the first night since it wasn't possible to cancel this due to their system so actually lost the money for a night and looked for something else. The breakfast room is also very old with no style. It is by far not a 3* hotel. I would give to it only one star. |

Hotel is 5-minute walking distance to a U-Bahn station (U6 line) and less than 10 minutes away to Westbahnhof by metro. I stayed 8 nights and I didn't face any problem or difficulty. Staff was helpful and my room was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, even after midnight. I think breakfast starts and ends too early (between 7-9am). I had breakfast only 2 times simply because I didn't wake up on time. Also there is no TV in my room. |

The Hotel in Hernals is a family-run hotel with a nice atmosphere in Vienna's 17th district, only 10 minutes away from the city centre by tram (line 43). Most rooms face the interior courtyard. |
This charming 3-star hotel, ideal for pleasure, culture, family and business travellers, combines the intimacy of a small and comfortable family-run hotel with very personal and hospitable services. |
Our new Kolpinghaus Wien Zentral was opened on 1 July 2007. It is the ideal base to reach all attractions of Vienna's city centre within 12 minutes walk. |
Positioned in the heart of Vienna, just a short stroll from the historic hub and in close proximity to the conference centre, this hotel enjoys an excellent central location. |
