good loccation from Mariahilfestrasse, new furniture, large room, heating centrale work good (I was in winter), baggage room till check-in, smeal is OK inside the room, swides bufe on brekfast, clean bed more attention at cleaning, more datails regarding the fact that the hotel have two house and the number of the floor are diferent from one to second; if you stay in second house you can have a little problem than you find your room; iron machine room is necessary |

The location was in the heart of the ethnic restaurants, near Secession building, and Third Man Musuem, not to mention near Nauschmarket and metro station (kentenbruckner) The first night and early next morning the hot water didn¨t work but they fixed it by mid morning. Kept window closed as there was traffic outside, a bit noisy, but once window was closed then it was quiet but the air got dry and hot so I had to turn off heating. |

Very good for its price.Very clean, and convinient. Personal speak English very good. Breakfast is enough to start the day. Only 15 minutes walk from the Ring (the center of Wien) no- aircondition. It would be a problem in summer. |

Room was basic, but clean. Suited needs and good for the money. The staff was awful. Rude, nasty. I needed to send an e-mail. The rude guy at the desk advised me to go find an internet cafe -- that took me an hour. I can't imagine I was the first guest to need to send an e-mail and they know nothing of where or how to accomodate that. Some of the rudest people I have ever met. |

The position is really perfect: no more than 15 minutes from the Opera House, the town centre and most important shopping places, like Mariahilferstrasse. The hotel is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was rich and there was plenty of food. The rooms are always clean and sufficiently spacious. It is also very nice to find the Bible and the crucifix inside a hotel nowadays.I would recommend this hotel to anyone who can't afford very luxurious accomodation and doesn't countinuously want to use the subway or other means of transport to visit the town centre. I didn't like the fact that from the presentation of the hotel on the web,you expect too much and you can get a bit disappoited. The staff is nice and helpful but not very open and friendly as it is written in the presentation of the hotel, also inside the room. I didn't also appeciate the announce, located in the toilet, warning you to take care of the towels and laundry because it is normally only changed every 4 days...this is bad to me.... |

The Hotel in Hernals is a family-run hotel with a nice atmosphere in Vienna's 17th district, only 10 minutes away from the city centre by tram (line 43). Most rooms face the interior courtyard. |
This small, traditional hotel enjoys an excellent and central yet quiet location very close to Vienna’s Western Train Station (Westbahnhof). |
Positioned in the heart of Vienna, just a short stroll from the historic hub and in close proximity to the conference centre, this hotel enjoys an excellent central location. |
Situated in the very heart of Vienna, in a quiet side street off the well-known Mariahilferstraße shopping street, the traditional Hotel Terminus shines in new splendour. |
