Score from 875 reviews Very good
Good location, spacy rooms, comfortable rooms.
Friendly staff . The romm was a very good seize big windows and quiet street.
Breakfast good be better. There were not enough vegetables and no choice of eggs. Only hard boiled eggs no omelettes etc.
The room had a nice seize and the beds were really very comfortabel. By email we asked for three single beds and the hotel arranged it like that. The room and the attached bathroom are very basic.
Lokacija i osoblje
Doručak bih mogao biti bolji
- big room - clean room and bathroom - big desk with lamp - good location near the center, although quite and friendly zone - parking nearby streets, free during the night and in weekends - breakfast
- the price was an offer on booking, usually more expensive... in which case should analyze other options
Great location, close to both the subway and tram, 15 minutes to the city center. Strong wifi all over the hotel building. Good breakfast with fruits. Great value for money.
Room was slightly smaller than expected. Decor was very simple, but overall nothing major to dislike about.
Ideal location in a quiet area near the center of Vienna.
In the case of hot weather, stay at the hotel becomes severe test due to lack of air conditioning.
Staff. cleanliness. breakfast. comfy bed. I really enjoyed my stay.
The shower door didn't fit too well but I forgot to mention it. The second time I stayed they kindly provided me with a kettle but it wasn't automatically provided like the first time, which was a real plus. Fridge a bit hopeless- tiny and not very cold. No sun in my room so a bit gloomy and rather small. But still good and I would go again.
The staff was very helpful and helped me managing some problem with the reservation. The position is quite good to reach the city centre with a walk
The room was really poor and the bathroom pretty old-styled
location (10-15 minutes to Ring, Rathaus, Museum Quarter, 5-10 minutes to S-Bahn) stuff silence wifi simple, but nourishing breakfast
a little bit old furniture, but furniture isn`t the reason why you come to Vienna :)
Decent and small room, clean bathroom, wifi available
wall a bit thin
location, friendly staff
Poor breakfast, no reception at night
The big advantage of the hotel is its location.
Lack of air conditioning in the hotel, especially during August' weather creates serious problems for the guests. Work hours of reception is also a serious problem for the travelers.
Great location, good breakfast
No air-conditioning in rooms
with this kind of price, I'm really satisfied with all the things, the room, facility, breakfast, etc. Quite nice hotel!
Price & Location
The location is very good! And there was a fan in the room which was pretty nice as well.
Got there on a business trip but on a tight budget. I had a single room for 8 nights, the room was nice, the location great (close to subway and tram). Getting to Karlsplatz every morning was a smooth 22min ride.
Got woken up at 7 in the morning to get kicked out of my room because the shower was leaking and the handyman was ready to work with it. I had half an hour to get in another room (with similar comodities). Previous day, I was woken up at nap time for same reason. There is no "do not disturb" sign that you could hang at your door; I don't like my room to be cleaned during my stay, and had to state it at the counter, with mixed results.
I liked it very much, cosy, clean, quite, good location helpful stuff, all was very fair.
It is an airy place, bedroom well designed and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast well served.
I find that hostels are more friendly. I only speak English so I found that I didn't open any conversations. The longer I stayed I became recognized.
Breakfast was great! Room was cleaned and comfortable.
Price was expensive for quality of room. Many students in building so it was noisy especially at night.
andrea on reception immediately put me at ease. He did not go for settling the bill as his first priority at all - it was to make sure that I was reassured about the hotel and also helped me to make my onward trip arrangements. He went above and beyond the call of duty, that is for sure. He speaks excellent english and was very empathetic. the room had a kettle, tv, fan and yes - a hairdryer. the shower was hot and the bathroom clean. the sheets were clean, the bed well-made, the pillow soft and comfortable, the mattress nice and hard, not saggy in the middle. the hotel was quiet and restful. the breakfast was excellent. tony, the receptionist in the morning was also helpful. the room 104 I suspect is north facing and so was not very warm or sunny - but hey - that was the only fault. german only on tv - guess it'll encourage me to learn a bit more german. Metro station very close to hotel; maybe 200 metres walk on an uncrowded road and there is also a lift up to the platform if you have a big suitcase like me. Oh, and the hotel has a lift too. Perfectly adequate and pleasant; I am going back on my return journey - and if I recommend it, please leave a vacancy for me on my future visits. did I say the breakfast was great? It really was, even for vegan/vegetarians. thanks a lot ebookers and Korotan Hotel, Kristine.
room a little cold because north facing?
Staff were very friendly
