good value for money
Very clean, well kept, well situated, well laid out and suitable. Staff very helpful each one.
- ok breakfast - you could set the temperature to the room which in winter is great - near subway station
Good location, good price, comfortable bed, good breakfast, Overall good experience for the price we paid, regular "budget" 4*
Smelly sewerage in the bathroom, we could hear the people upstairs taking a shower. The hotel offered another room after the first night but it was no different so we didn't take it
Staff are very efficient and helpful but not very friendly.
When the hotel is busy there are not enough tables for breakfast. I was advised to have breakfast at 7.30 or 10.30 if we wanted a guaranteed table.
location,comfort of the bed, design.
The smell in the bathroom.
Nice room and the reception/bar area; Bbathroom and amenities are basic but OK; fair location. Bottomline, good value for money.
Just a feedback to the hotel, I did not see that as a big problem: Payment at arrival. You would expect that in a hostel but not hotel. At least the hotel could distinguish freq travellers - I guess the notification from booking.com shows if the guest is a 'Genius' user.
We loved the temperature of our room
Nothing, everything was good.
The location is very close to the subway (U4). it is very clean. The value is very good.
Its breakfast can be improved. I think it does not have the same value as €10.
Good Wi-Fi connection
The room was not cleaned up, and attitude of the staff was very disappointed...
Comfy bed, modern room, large bathroom - shower had good water pressure, very clean, building has a lift, wifi worked very well, staff were very friendly, less than 5 minute walk to the metro station
Nothing! For the price, would have been nice if breakfast was included.
Breakfast was poor. The hot food ran out very early.
Location is good - everything is just 2 stops away with a metro, quiet location. Rooms are nicely furnished and a lot of space.
Rooms were a bit too hot, air felt a bit like sauna.
The breakfast was great , typical European style breakfast .Everything was fresh. The hotel front desk was very helpful with directions and the hotel is near the center..
It was hot in the room due to no AC.
The room was spacious and quiet with a nice bathroom. The hotel is situated at a 5 minutes’ walk from the U4-bahn (Pilgramsgasse).
Most disappointing was that during our 4 night stay the room had not been cleaned at 18 hours on 2 nights (whereas we left the room at 9 o’clock in the morning). When we made a complaint, the staff at the reception desk was not impressed. They could not care less. They told us that the room would probably be cleaned later on. Eventually staff was called to clean. We have travelled all over the world, but this is the first time this ever happened. From 9 o’clock till 6 in afternoon is ample time to clean a room. It was also a pity there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room. The breakfast room was situated in the lobby of the hotel. When guests left or entered this lobby, there was a chilly draught. Furthermore the breakfast room was small, so if you arrived at the “wrong” time, you had to wait for a free table. It is possible to leave your luggage in the hotel. However, guests didn’t receive a ticket for the left luggage. The luggage was put into a cupboard in the lobby of the hotel which could not be locked. There was no one to keep an eye on the luggage, so anybody could take it!
Neighborhood, location, value, room
Shower/wc floor collected water, not pitched correctly....
Clean, helpful staff, comfortable room
Very clean rooms. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Bathroom nice size and good shower. Good location as walking distance from Nashmarkt and great bars and restaurants near by.
Don't think out air conditioning worked but we we're out seeing the great places of Vienna to bother about it!!!!
Confortable beds. Very good breakfast.
Improve cleaning at toilet.
very clean not to far from city centre, good breakfast and plenty of it.
would not let you check in early not even 1 hour.
Reception staff were polite and friendly and bent over backwards to help us to get the best out of our time in Vienna.
Limited breakfast choices and terrible coffee. We had to pay for a good cup. Our (double) room was rather on the small side.
The location and value for money was great. decent sized rooms and nice staff.
The only thing that we didnt like were the bathrooms, the entire water flow from the shower area was accumulating under the toilet seat. we complained as well but apparently it was a faulty bathroom and they couldnt fix it. so for our entire stay we were forced to use that faulty Bathroom.
A lot of restaurant nearby (irish pubs, austrian restaurant cuisine) and breakfast places (Anker pastry and other pastry shops). Free WiFi, staff was very eager to help (they must have printed out over 50 pages for us- offers, destinations and directions, Danube boat rides.
Parking on the street in front of the hotel is not allowed during the day (Wien City rules) so you have to park in a garage or other parking facilities (Apcoa, Park&Ride, other)
Very close to city center (10 minute walk to Wien Ring), 1 minute walk to bus station, 5 minute walk to metro station. Free WiFi in the hotel (not only in the lobby).
Lobby area and breakfast area rather crowded when a lot of people are around
