Excellent bed, free wired internet connection (but we only told about it on the last day of our 3 day stay), excellent fitted kitchen and bathroom, good location for sightseeing old town (10 minute walk or few minutes by tram no 71). Hotel garage is across the street and only 10 euro per day. Poor reception (there was no one to open door when we arrived at 6.15pm only 15 minutes after our stated arrival time. We had to use mobile phone to call the owner - this must be improved e.g. email from owner ahead of time to inform guests of the door access code instead of relying on guests making a roaming mobile phone call to find out!). |

100 meters from the train station to and from the airport and to the rest of the city. Clean spacious and well furnished wall mounted wide screen LCD TV, Bathroom amazing quality with Bidet. Staff very helpfull and responsive. They called me from Austria to advise how to get to the hotel. thats just wonderful I think it requires more international news channels such as BBC and Aljazeera instead of having one only. |

The room was recently renovated, spotless, roomy and very comfortable. The area / pension was so quiet and peaceful, yet we were very close to the center of town; only 4 stops by tram from everything we wanted to see. The staff were super and provided excellent restaurant and attraction suggestions. Because it is so easy to come by public transport, I would suggest the website include directions via S-bahn or U-bahn. |

The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. It is under renovation and is very creepy when you enter because the lights in the main hall are on motion detectors. It was impossible to contact any staff during our stay and we had to get one of the workmen to find someone so we could check out. This despite being given phone numbers were were "always answered". |

staff was very nice. we arrived very early in the morning and they answered the door and let us in. This is a family owned hotel so they were in bed when we arrived but were very accommadating. took several cabbies to figure out where it was, |

The room is actually more like an apartment and the service is very friendly. There was no reception, but instead very warm welcome by the host. Was told that a reception is being built. |

Not a regular hotel, but a series of rooms comprising each a kitchenette, a bit pompously called "apartments". Four-star level facilities, excellent location in old-style building with calm neibourghood. Easy access to the city center and the airport. Internet in the room included in price. Good address for families with children. Ambiguity of the label "Hotel" (lack of 24h desk, personnel not always accessible). Friendly and interesting owner, but not always present. Work in progress in the building, hence hidden frontdoor, room a bit noisy and no access to the garden. Some discrepancies with the internet announcement : did not see the fitness room that appears in the photos, no oven in our two rooms. |

Quiet and comfortable hotel. Nice, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and freezer. No air conditioning - it was more than 30 degrees outside and the room was getting extremely hot! It was hard to get stuff - quite often the reception was empty. Hotel is still under construction. |

It turned out to be not a hotelroom but a very old style Vienna house with definitely 4+ star appartments located perfectly in Vienna (if you like to wake up without any traffic) and be nearby the centre. |
