La Scala Apartments  

The manager of the hotel (Gerhard) was now very friendly, but he was a good professional...i guess. He also arranged one of his employees or just co worker to pick us up from the airport (Silvio Zeman). Silvio helped us with maps and explained how we can get to every location in the city. If you get a chance to communicate directly with Silvio, i'm sure that your vacation or just your stay in Vienna will be great. Thanks a lot.

The room was adequately furnished for a Hotel room but not an apartment like it's being advertised.

The place spelled scam all over. We were expecting an apartment with a kitchenette where to make our own breakfast like the ones shown in the pictures on booking.com. All we found was a kettle on the window sill and a poor man's cupboard, which was still pretty pointless considering that there was no cooker, no fridge and nothing to prepare any food with whatsoever. We didn't have any closet in the room and the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work at all. The owner tried to impress by looking smart on our first and only encounter but his lack of eloquence in English soon gave away his gruff nature. I don't like to spoil my holidays with useless complaints so I simply asked him to provide us with a toaster with which we could have toast for breakfast at least. He said that he would oblige but the toaster never showed up throughout our stay there. Nevertheless he still had the cheek to ask for an extra 10 euros for a 'Final cleaning' after our departure, something which we only got to know about once we had checked in.

The price wouldn't be bad, but unfortunately you can't realize by the booking the 15 euro additional cleaning fee. It's a shame and a scam that it is not included in the room rate, so for the total price you could get a good category hotel room. I was badly surprised about this matter.

The apartment was very large and very comfortable for two people. We had everything we wanted for a very fair price. Staff was friendly and tried to help whenever we needed anything. However, if you want a super clean environment with staff changing towels every day - you will be disappointed. But we didn't think this was necessary and the apartment was clean enough. It's very central to the city centre and shops are nearby.

в номере удобная широкая кровать, тепло и тихо, большой экран жк телевизора, обеденный стол и стулья. есть эл. чайник, кофеварка, набор посуды. в ванной комнате есть фен. приятную атмосферу отеля создают орхидеи, расставленные на всех подоконниках , в т.ч. в номере.

за период пребывания в отеле с 15.12.по 18.12. мусор из номера не выносили. через два дня я выставила пакет с мусором в коридор, он так и простоял до моего отъезда. в ванной комнате нет ни одного крючка. для оформления шенгенской визы в течении месяца неоднократно просила выслать ваучер, подтверждающий бронирование и оплату номера. если бы ваучер пришёл на день позже, я не успела бы оформить визу.

sehr saubere,ordentlich eingerichtet räume, zentrale lage

relativ kompliziertes schlüsselsystem,-3 sperren bis zum zimmer, anregung.......ein paar teebeutel und etwas löskaffe würden ohne nennenswerte kosten die servicequalität wesentlich erhöhen

Tetszett az utcafronttól az apartmanig. A recepcióhoz vezető orchideákkal skálázva az út. Csendes, családias, egyszerű, de nagyszerű.

Podawana cena nie zawiera kosztu koncowego sprzatania pokoju w wysokosci 10 euro, wlasciciel moze ta oplata manipulowac. Posciel nie byla czysta, a pracownik recepcji krzyczal na gosci i byl nieprzyjemny.
