“ Excellent location provided the weather is good. The hotel is situated right at the shore of the lake with a nice deck, comfortable lounge chairs, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, spa, etc. We had a suite with a lake view. It was very spaciouls, nicely decorated and super comfortable. We have enjoyed it very much. Breakfast every morning was delicious. ”

It's fairly well positioned in Portschach. The view is nice. It tries too hard to be a "design hotel". Whole place smells of industrial disinfectant. Not a five-star hotel by any stretch of imagination. Has all the charm, allure and attention to details of a district government building.

Location is perfect Extremely unfriendly, even rude service in the restaurant. Poor menu, no menu for kids. Bad attitude to kids, horrible music.Ambience like on funerals. It is very sorry that in such nice hotel, the restaurant is really bad.!!!!!

location is very convenient - juston the beach, stuff is really friendly and very supportive breakfast does not change during 11 days, places at the beach to be booked in earlier morning - number is not enough when hotel is full. Very often laud music was till mid night that is not convenient for families with children

A very modern superbly equipped hotel in a wonderful position with beautiful views. All the facilities of the hotel from the bedroom, the fantastic bathroom, the spa and sun beds on the decking by the lake are of the highest standard. To drop off the decking into a warm lake for an afternoon swim was a real treat. Although the restaurant looked beautiful it and the bar area lacked any kind of ambiance. The evening meal menue was limited and although well presented the quality just OK. The staff were willing but for a 5 star hotel did not seemed trained in the detail of service.

It was very spaciouls, nicely decorated and super comfortable. We have enjoyed it very much. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Ther eis no wifi in the rooms and the restaurant closes way too early. If you are hangry after 10pm forget about getting something to eat.

Es war super modern und schön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und überaus sauber !! Ein deftigeres Frückstücksbuffet mit ein etwas größeres Wurst- und Käsesortiment hätte uns ein wenig besser gefallen.

die cafemaschine im zimmer war wirklich toll, man musste sich nicht unter leute begeben wenn man einen cafe trinken wollte. die zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, wirklich ein schönes hotel dass wir gerne wieder besuchen kommen würden wenn es einen whirlpool für die saunagäste geben würde. wir machen mehrmals im jahr wellnessurlaub für zwei nächte und da suchen wir uns speziell hotels aus die auf wellnes ausgerichtet sind. wir sind es gewöhnt einen whirlpool in einen 4* hotel zu haben deshalb sind wir davon ausgegangen das 5* sterne hotel auch einen whirlpool hat. es gibt zwar ein paar düsen, jedoch integriert im hallenbad. ausserdem war das wasser im hallenbad viiiiiiiiiiiiel zu kalt als das man sich da länger bei den düsen aufhalten wollen würde. das sollte keine kritik sein, wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem, nur eine anregung für das hotel. es gibt auch gäste die gar nicht mit den schwimmgästen in berühung kommen wollen, sondern nur einfach nach der saune im whirlpool entspannen wollen.

Intregul hotel, camera spatioasa,super mobilata si super confortabila, vedere excelenta. Parcarea si bicicletele gratis la dispozitie. Chiar si personalul de la receptie,( dupa ce ,initial, am refuzat cu fermitate cererea neplacuta de a inmana cardul de credit pt ceva garantii ... ) a fost amabil si prietenos. Excellent location, the room were fantastic, wiew is nice. Micul dejun putea fi mai bun. Brekfast - poor

Neues, modernes Hotel (2009) in Top-Lage an der Promenade in Pörtschach am Wörthersee, ausgesprochen schöne und gemütliche Studios und Suiten ab 32m² mit teilweise sehr großem Balkon, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal sowie Hotalmanager, pure Erholung in der ruhigen Nachsaison, sehr gutes, teils serviertes Frühsstück in der gemütlichen, puristischen Lounge mit Blick auf den See, legerer Luxus allgemein. Herrliche Liegebetten am Seesteg und auf der Hotelterrasse, romantisches Lagerfeuer auf der Seeterrasse Für auf Wellness spezialisierte Gäste zu kleiner Wellnessbereich (zumindest bei Vollbelegung des Hotels), Sauna im Untergeschoß (Sauna mit Ausblick auf See wäre perfekt) und zu kleine Ruhefläche. Nicht allzugroßer, jedoch schöner Indoorpool und Liegebetten mit etwas Seeblick.

Ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse. Ich kann es jeden empfehlen, der sich auf hohen Niveau erholen möchte. Man frühstückt wie ein Kaiser. Die Suiten sind Top ausgestattet. Obwohl dieses Hotel offiziel keine Klassifizierung hat, gebe ich 5* Gratulation an das gesamte Team!!!

Wunderbare Lage, vom Balkon aus Sicht auf See, grosszügiger Grundriss der Suite, Parkplätze, hoher Standard und schönes Design mit guten Materialien, top Bett, Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Sehr schön angelegtes Schwimmbecken und vorallem die Privatterrasse vor dem Hotel, da wähnte man sich wie in Hollywood. Wunderbare Bepflanzung. Ruhig und topsauber. Angenehme Mitgäste und freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Schwimmbecken hätte noch ein wenig grösser sein können, da ich aber frühmorgends allein dort meine Runden drehte, war das nicht so schlimm.

Alles was goed in dit hotel, personeel, locatie uitzicht kon niet beter, personeel heel vriendelijk doen alles voor je om het naar je zin te maken ik had problemen met de lift(angst) toen hebben ze voor mij toch een andere kamer op de begane grond geregeld ze hebben er alles voor gedaan, en ik was er blij mee.
