Very welcoming owners, made us feel right at home. Our rooms was excellent. We received plenty of advice about what to see and do in the local area. We really enjoyed our honeymoon trip to Zell am See.

The family running the place was really helpful and lovely. The place is well kept, breakfast is good and the town is a good base for skiing.

Location (if don't come by car you have a lot of walking to do). The hotel is located in South Zell am See. "Thin" walls - you could hear the neighbours talking in the other room.

Everything. The Hotel staff, who are the owners, were more than friendly. They explained us every detail during our stay. Also, we were planning to go to ski, so they recommend us where to go, where to rent, where to eat, everything. The breakfast was awesome and personalized let say. The location is wonderful. Our host and hostess were wonderful. The breakfast was uniquely wonderful. And our host and hostess gracefully accommodated our special needs.

Everything was very fine, room with balcony-nice&clean, food-very rich and tasty, the owner 100% approachable + friendly + helpfull, there were no problems with nothing...:)

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The place itself is absolute quality. Everything was very clean and the room amenities were complete. We had a mountain view which was great. Also Nice breakfast.

The location is so calm and peaceful

Very very poor breakfast, not muslim friendly food, not vegetarian friendly food, same food every day, only cheese and egg! Not a buffet so you have to ask the owner for everything, If you ask for a boild egg, she will bring it after 10 minutes because she prepare it on order! The breakfast room is very small, so you have to wait until you have a place to sit. The hotel is not children friendly at all, there is absolutely nothing to do for them, even the backyard is not allowed because it's for the Owner's children. The Internet connection in the upper level is sooo bad And slow. There is no left in the hotel, so you have to carry your baggage up 3 floors, and if you have infants or disabled persons it would be a chronic nightmare. At the check-in the owner asked for extra 9 euros as taxes, while it's not mentioned during booking procces. During the 4 nights stay, we only had one small piece of soap!

location, bad for those who do not have car. if you have car then good ,cause it is far from zell amm see main city, and local transport system in not that frequent. so if you do not have own transport please think twice to take this hotel.

This is a family run hotel located in an area a few kilometers from the town of Zell Am See. It is in a quiet area. We travelled with two young kids. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony. The room is superbly clean and the hotel is well maintained. The owners are very friendly and could give you advices on where to go in the nearby areas. Breakfast is very good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay there.

The breakfast was so nice they gave me a big flask of coffee evey day for me only and they cook egges for every one that was so deiciois the staff was so helpful and the view was so nice you can see the clouds kissing softly the mountains every morning there is some reasturant near to the hotel just about 10 muintes by walking chinise and globale one the staff help me when I need to rent a car and when I need to go any where Kind regards

There is no left my wife did not like it because she always stay at five stars hotels but for me it was ok there is no supermarket near to you the neareast one 7 to 10 miuntus and it was heavy for me to bring the water so I need a taxi when I have lots of shooping there is only few hours for cleaning the rooms far from the city center

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast! The rooms are clean and have everything that you require. It is a family run hotel and provides value for money. I would definitely stay again.
