We were very happy to have chosen this place for our holidays. It is an extremely clean place with an excellent breakfast for the money you pay. Very spacious room and nice beds. We had shower and bath in our room and it was very warm. The stuff was extremely helpful in everything and I would definitely go there again if I was to visit Salzburg. The location for us was perfect cause there was a very nice because it was out of the town and very quiet, near a lake and with always a covered parking place. This is not a city hotel after all! Nothing. You might say that we stayed on the second floor and there was no lift, but then again with a hotel with only 10 big rooms who needs a lift! I guess if someone doesn't like steps can live on lower floors.

What a beautiful place to stay. Everything about this place is first class,so much care taken with decor and facilities. Elegant and extremely comfortable but so welcoming and homely. Just the place to stay near the airport. 5 mins drive to airport but Landhaus in countryside,quiet and lovely walks. Such a pity we only stayed 1 night before coming home. We will definitely return and use this as a base to visit Salzburg.Wow what a find Perfection! Enough said !

we very much enjoyed our stay the place was beautiful very well kept and so clean, and with an amazing choice for breakfast, only thing which could have improved it woud have been air conditioning in the room

We have stayed in the main hotel owned by this family for 22 years and though the main hotel offers evening restaurant and saunas. It is only a 4 minute walk the Landhaus offers excellent accommodation in similar style rooms at a slightly less rate.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes, großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Untersberg. Eine wirklich schnelle LAN-Verbindung gratis. Ausreichend Parkplätze, zum Teil sogar überdacht. Ein Frühstücksbuffet vom Feinsten und eine sehr bemühte und liebenswürdige Gastgeberin. Das Landhaus Grünau gehört zu den Fixpunkten unserer Salzburgbesuche.

A soli 5 km da Salisburgo, in riva ad un laghetto ed immerso in un paesaggio di montagna, il tutto corredato da un ambiente caldo ed accogliente. Eccellente rapporto qualita'/prezzo Ottima colazione, pulizia delle stanza Staff molto cortese e disponibile

Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti d auto da Salisburgo. Camere spaziose e pulite. Parcheggio privato. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Staff cortesissimo e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante a 100 mt dall'hotel, il grunauer hof di proprietà della stessa famiglia. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Niente.

Ambiente familiare e molto accogliente. Pulitissimo, ben arredato, dotato di ogni comfort, qualita'-prezzo buono. Ottima la colazione! In zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo al centro! Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
