Cancellation
If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 35 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
From 19 December 2009 to 03 January 2010, half-board is included in the room price.
The Christmas Eve meal on 24 December comprises 4 courses (choice between 2 main courses), wine and soft drinks. 4-course dinners with a choice between 2 main courses will also be served on December 25 and 26.
On New Year's Eve there will be a gala buffet with hot and cold dishes, live music and a bottle of sparkling wine at midnight.
The entire hotel is non-smoking.
- The restaurant is open daily until 22:00, with a cold buffet being served between 20:00 and 22:00.
- The heated swimming pool is closed during the winter.
- Payment is also possible per direct debit. For details please contact the hotel.
- Stays of less than 3 days are subject to a surcharge of EUR 15.
