Nothing was too much trouble especially as we were travelling with my elderly disabled mother. There was always help at hand when we needed it. We were only there for the weekend, but felt relaxed from the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and efficient, would go there again. The views were beautiful. The entrance to the hotel was not particularly wheelchair friendly ( to English standards) but the staff offered on a number of occasions to lift the wheelchair the four or five steps, once inside the hotel there were no problems as there was a lift to all floors and there were disabled toilets on the ground floor. From the car park there is a slope up to the hotel but there was always a member of staff to help if required.

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen. Nur schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten, und auf der Rückreise das Hotel besetzt war.

Offene Terasse und Restaurant - gutes Essen. Schoner Ausblick uber den Traunsee. Bild im Internet gibt die Ansicht, dass keine Durchzugsstrasse besteht. Dadurch bei offenem Fenster/Tur schlecht zu Schlafen - Zimmer ohne Aussicht Richtung Berg ware besser gewesen. Preis pro Nacht ist 4-Stern Kategorie.

Bellissima posizione sul Traunsee con camere con balcone. Personale gentile e disponibile. La mezza pensione dà diritto alla libera scelta del menu con pagamento solo delle bevande. Pulizia delle camere sufficiente ma non perfetta. Organizzazione del servizio per la prima colazione un po' carente. Pietanze del ristorante non molto attraenti per un palato italiano.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Traunsee ca. 2 km vom Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Der Chef kümmert sich persölich um das Wohl der Gäste. Eigener Badeplatz ist vorhanden mit div. Wassersportangeboten.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück vor allem für Müslifans. In Regalen am Gang stehen viele Bücher der unterschiedlichsten Themen, gute Idee !!!

Die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer und des Personals. Das Essen ist sowas von vorzüglich und das zu einem guten Preis, was man wahrscheinlich kaum in dieser Form woanders finden wird. Hat uns wirklich sehr begeistert. Wir waren zur Hundeausstellung in Wels und haben uns gefreut, dass es ein hundefreundliches Haus ist, aber leider muss man erst mindestens 1 Kilometer gehen bis man bei der nächsten Wiese ist. Die Zimmer waren leider etwas zu warm.

sehr gute Küche Dem Hotel fehlt das nötige Ambiente. Am Wochende hektischer Betrieb. Durch die Essensgäste auf der Terasse relativ laut bis in die späten Abendstunden. Im gesamten Hotelbereich hat man einen etwas unordentlichen Eindruck.

車旅行者にとっては良いロケーション。清潔な部屋。併設のレストランは値段も手ごろでレベルが高い。朝食も- 充実。 レストランの客も使うせいか、超渋くて狭い駐車場。
