The location was beautiful, the hungarian speaking staff was very very kind and helpful, the parking place is in the back (near the beautiful forest slopes) right in front of our balcony. The wellness (with pool and sauna non stop opening) was just under our room; it's the perfect pastime if the weather is not so kind. Food is delicious and you shall never skip the sunday lunch!

The Mönichwalderhof enjoys a scenic location in Mönichwald in Eastern Styria. It offers a spa area with an indoor pool, and a large garden with a children’s playground. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The spa area includes a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, and Kneipp facilities. Guests can also relax on the sun terrace and hire snowshoes and Nordic walking sticks free of charge. Tennis courts are just across the street, and a swimming lake is a 3-minute walk away.
