The hotel's wellness area features a Finnish and a herbal sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a solarium, as well as relaxing massages. In front of the wellness area, there is a quiet natural garden.

Thanks to the children's playground and our many animals (goats, sheep, horses, cats, chickens), the hotel is especially suitable for families with children.

Food & beverage

In our restaurant, we serve traditional regional specialties made from products of local farmers. The rich breakfast buffet supplies you with energy for an active day in Lungau. Half-board with dinner is also available.

The Landhotel Postgut lies in the beautiful Lungau region, only 8 kilometres from Obertauern and 100 kilometres from Salzburg. Our hotel offers you many opportunities for an enjoyable stay, from a hiking vacation to horseriding. The great LungauPlus Programme is a highlight for our guests, in addition to guided hikes and the Flying Fox (aerial runway).

In winter, there is cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding, ski touring and snowshoe hiking, while in summer you can enjoy mountainbiking, cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, rafting and canyoning.

Berücksichtigt man noch die im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Halbpension, so kann man von einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis sprechen. Gerhát Young couple Budapest, Hungary February 14, 2012	Aki síelni szeretne menni, annak teljes mértékben ajánlom. 4 napot töltöttünk el itt. A szoba komfortos, elején egy kicsit hideg volt mert nem vették fel a fűtést. Az étel elegendő és nagyon finoman főznek. A személyzet alapjáraton normális. A síbusz megállója kb 30 m-re van a szállástól, ahonnan megközelíthetőek a pályák. Szauna használati lehetőség 16-20 h között. Szerintem ár-érték arányban is teljesen elfogadható. Kellemes napokat töltöttünk el itt! Köszönjük! Ami nagyon zavaró hogy alig beszélnek angolul, így elég nehéz volt szót érteni a személyzettel, pl. a vacsoránál. Did you find this review helpful?	7.1

Matti Mature couple Tuusula, Finland December 22, 2011	Erittäin siisti, vanhaa kunnioittaen remontoitu hotelli. Isot, hiljaiset huoneet. Sijainti on hyvä, lähellä (8km) Obertauernin rinteitä. Hotellin edestä kulkee vielä ilmainen skibussi tunnin välein Obertauerniin. Hyvät saunat - suomalaisessa saunassakin oli vesikiulu. Kohtuullinen aamupala mm. oikea munakokkeli. Huoneen hintaan kuuluva päivällinen oli työpaikkaruokalan tasoa. Saimme moitteita henkilökunnalta kun toisena iltana jätimme päivällisen väliin, ilmoittamatta siitä heille etukäteen...
